I am disappointed with your shop. I ordered last Thursday (3rd) NOVEMBER. My order is yet to be shipped and I’ve emailed for the fourth time yet no communication. May I please be refunded if you do not wish to ship? This is quite a bad service and I do not wish to open a chargeback yet. You have received my money yet can’t even keep to standard of customer service.
Seen reviews on the SAME issue on trust polite and they speak for themselves. If there was any issues ‘if your gonna use that excuse’ it should have been communicated. I’ll be waiting for a response also. I’ve been patient and gave the suggested time frame of packaging on your website and left an instagram dm. Order #2274

I ordered 3 days ago and until now it has not been shipped, no tracking details and poor communication service. I sent an email regarding this and no response. Please who does that? I do not think I want to have anything to do with you guys anymore but before that, kindly refund my money, please. I am not impressed at all.
Finally, my issue was resolved and I got my orders. It's just a shame that I had to point it out before you guys did anything about it. Hopefully you do better in the future and improve.

I would never recommend this company. I paid for the postage to buy 5 hair extentions. The colour did not fit the description. To send it back, they said I have to pay another postage before I will get a refund. No customer care. Worst company ever. I am not allowed to change my mind.
