It was so easy to get insurance coverage and I'm super excited about the member perks and benefits they've included with your insurance. The other amazing things is it covers me when I travel to my clients home. It also covers 50 states so I am covered doing a bride in las vegas, wonderful.

Rental property damage
The company has given me the run around on a claim that I have tried to get started. I had a fire on my property that was started by a tenant, and a customer service rep has said twice that I could not file a claim for this matter. I thought that I had Rental Property damage protection. Some how looks I’ve been bamboozled. Buyers be wear. Make sure when buying this insurance that you ask as many questions as possible.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. As you stated, our policy does offer Rental Property Damage protection which would go into effect should an event related to your services take place. However, as this is a Personal Liability Policy the coverage would only extend to acts related to the sole Insured on the policy; as the damage was a result of one of your tenants the liability would fall on to them, not you, and so your policy with us would not be able to activate for coverage. I apologize for the inconvenience that this whole situation is causing you and hope you’re able to reach a satisfactory resolution with your tenant!
