My order took 2 full weeks to get here. As a business owner that isn’t super ideal. DO NOT BUY machines from here thinking they are professional, Canadian made, or quality tested. You may as well trust Amazon and it is literally the same exact thing. I also left multiple reviews on products I received and my reviews are not published and reflected on their site.

Several machines I purchased to get my business up and running had instructions with broken English such as for a dual wax pot: “After 15-20 minutes, remove the gluey gloves, then remove the wax mank and extra fat of the fingers. Hands will be come to the fingers. Professional face nurse.”
As a professional distributor, you would think you would quality test these devices and ensure where they are coming from are catering to their desired consumers. Those instructions literally do nothing for me, and make me question the manufacturers understanding of what I need from the device to perform safe and effective services. My wax pot arrived with what seemed to be coffee drips on the front, and well as chipped enamel of the body of the machine. My steamer arrived great aside from several scratches and scuffs on the plastic surrounding the upper body. My lamp came with I believe a missing part. The instructions said to connect two rods, but there was no connector so now I have a short lamp that sits just above my clients faces.
I also ordered a dermaplaning handle and it was sharp edged, metal was scuffed and tarnishing, and engraved with “Pakistan”.

These products have made me lose trust with this supplier and I will not be ordering again. At least with Amazon I know to expect products made in cheap factories. I will be searching for a new Canadian supplier.

I recently placed an online order with the store after reading the reviews on Judge.me and had a very frustrating/terrible experience. My package arrived on October 30, 2024, I was shocked to find that the product (portable high frequency machine) was used and not in the condition as described on their website. It was dirty, had marks and discoloured.

I immediately tried to reach out to the store multiple times, both through phone calls and emails requesting to either refund or replace the product, but I received no response to any of my emails and voicemails. It’s been 5 days now - It’s incredibly disappointing. I feel like I have been scammed. I just opened my own business (spa) and it’s very disheartening that first I received a subpar product and then have been left with no support/customer service to contact.

I would not recommend this store based on my experience. It’s very important for any business to stand by their products and respond to customer concerns - this is a simple COMMON courtesy. I don’t know what to do at this point 🙁
