Ordered coconut candle it arrived with poor packaging (It was a gift) it looked damaged but as it was a natural it might have just been part of the coconut. The beans that were part of decoration were mainly submerged and didn’t look like the picture. The most disappointing was the smell. It was overwhelmingly soy rather than the pineapple scent. You could smell the pineapple but only if you put your nose in it - not highly scented and it was overridden by soy. As a gift it would be disappointing so I would return.
The worst thing about this is the service.
I emailed to say about damaged packaging etc… no response. I emailed about the no response… no response. I then returned the item (at my expense - which it shouldn’t be with a defective item) and yet still no response OR refund. I went on web chat - no response!

I am now without item or refund which I’m sure breaches consumer rights. I would not recommend.

The candles were beautiful but arrived damaged. The company sent a new set by first class return post. A very good experience and I would shop here again.

These candles smell & look gorgeous. I bought them for a friend for her birthday as I had been given some myself as a gift & was impressed with the lovely smell & appearance of the candles. They burn down really well too. Quick delivery & in a gift box - perfect!

I ordered it for my wife as an Eid gift but it came very late, a few week to arrive so a bit disappointed.

Still waiting for delivery & was told you were waiting for delivery of soy. Thought as your products were all soya based you would always have adequate supplies.
I had to ring u to ask when delivery was going to be made.
Very disappointed as needed candle for present.
