Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
Two nail brushes were faulty — bristles falling out on first use. I contacted the seller immediately, sent photos clearly showing the fault, and explained that I had thrown the brushes away as they were defective.
Despite this, I was refused a refund unless the items were returned.
Under UK consumer rights, products must be of satisfactory quality. I was also unable to find clear return/refund policy information on the website.
Unfortunately, I would not order again and don’t recommend buying here, the seller treated me dismissive and the tine of his email was really rude, don’t remember the last time I felt this way

Great Experience with Beauty Shop UK

Great experience with Beauty Shop UK - Fast Delivery and very good prices.

I often go to John Lewis for Dermalogica products, but since finding Beauty Shop UK I don't need to go anywhere else.

Highly recommended!
