Took order then 5 days later said had no stock. First and last experience

Bad service, OBSERVATORY slough branch. staff especially senior elderly lady very very rude.Eyebrow threading was poor and she got upset when I pointed out bits which were missed. Go elsewhere ladies this store is not the cheapest and management need to address lack of customer service.

The product is exactly how described and it was shipped incredibly quickly and well packed. Would recommend.

I recieved items after 2 days, they came well packaged, quality products will be ordering again.

I ordered an eye shadow palette yesterday afternoon and arrived this morning can't ask for better service than that, I would highly recommend!

I was happy to finally find a UK distributor for coastal scents products. My items arrived quickly, and I was extremely happy with their customer service. It is very rare that you find businesses who genuinely care for their consumers' needs, without being in it just for the money.

Overall I highly recommend this store for all your coastal scent needs!

It was my first order and I found them very efficent it arrived the next day ! However to my dismay I unpackaged my neutral palette and found it damaged . I contacted the site and they sent me another within a couple of days . Excellent service I must say . I will be reordering in the future.

I am very happy with the 88 colours eye shadow palette I bought last week, colours are well pigmented and when applied after an eye primer it lasts all day.
I received the parcel within 3 work days and it was very well wrapped
I am now waiting for the 6 colours blush and contour to be back in stock to make a new order.

The website is reliable and the delivery is very fast with loads of care. The product comes with a lot of bubble wrap in a perfect shape.
