Perfect products, best prices, great customer service
I have already shopped from them 4-5 times. Their prices are the best, their delivery takes 7 working days which may be a bit more than 7 days, but this absolutely fine. Perfect packing. On my last shop, the perfume was damaged on arrival, but I contacted their great customer service. You can’t get them on phone, but they respond in 24 hours. They asked me more information, I provided pictures of damaged item and then right away they sent me another replacement which was my choice. Guess what, they included a lot of samples and goodies for me in the replacement box. I am so happy with them. I absolutely recommend them and I will shop again from them.

Outstanding Service
I have ordered from here on several occasions. The service is great, delivery is really quick. I find that I can often buy perfumes/aftershaves before they hit the shops or even the carolina herrera uk website. On this occasion I managed to get the new Carolina Herrèra Bad Boy Elixir which was released this year for a friend. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beautytheshop.

Much cheaper than on the high street. Took a bit of time, about a week, but worthwhile. Well packaged. Free sample is good of course but would be better if it was from the same fashion house at it might generate more sales. Definitely recommend

Never ending spam
Still receive never ending spam despite I've unsubscribed fro mailing list. I do it every time I receive the new email but still get unwanted commercial emails. This is very annoying and unacceptable.
This morning again, another spam in my inbox. Their rubbish website says "An error occurred while unsubscribing. Please get in contact with our Customer Service. Thank you."
Avoid this company and think twice before you give your personal details and consent for receiving emails.

Great variety of quality items reasonably priced
Speedy delivery of item ordered, + informative notification on progress of implementing the order.
However, the item I ordered did not match my expectations (Stendhal pur luxe moisturizer in Sable), not because of quality, but the color was off and too pale in comparison to color displayed on website.

Scam, scam, scam. Do not use this company. They bait and switch customers and ignore all attempts to contact them. When you leave a review here, they reply with a generic message asking you to contact them with your order number but they still never reply. I ordered a perfume and was offered a discount if i spent a little more so I added some face masks. They only sent me the face masks (which weren’t even the ones I ordered) and ignore all my attempts to contact them. Please do not use this company. I believe the good reviews are not authentic

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost! I received perfume that had a broken spray nozzle and was not usable. I immediately notified BTS via their website portal and sent in 7 pictures the same day I received the package. Only response I received from them was that they had to send the pictures to the shipping company and would contact me back to offer a solution after they receive a response from the shipping company. It has been 12 days and still no solution. Beware that the phone number listed on their website does not work so you will not be able to get ahold of or speak to anyone. Directly from the Warranty Section on their website it states: "In the event that the product is found to be defective or in poor condition, Beauty The Shop will exchange it for another product of the same characteristics at no cost."...this is clearly a lie and false advertising as they play the blame game on the shipping company and use it as an excuse to enable them to not do timely exchanges or refunds.

Took my money and ran!
Ordered a Christmas present at the start of December, they claimed the package was lost and they were contacting the couriers to sort out the issue, nearly 3 months later and only the one email despite my multiple information requests. No sign or a refund or resending the package.

Straightforward Purchase
I was initially anxious ordering from BeautyThe Shop - but the amazing savings on niche brands made me try! My first order was delivered on time, beautifully packed and the extra samples were most welcome! I really enjoyed tracking the parcel as it navigated mainland Europe.
My second order has been equally as good and I also benefited from a nice wee saving using their Club Beluxe.
Delivery estimates are accurate and as long as you are not in a hurry - there are significant savings to be had!
BeautyThe Shop are now firmly one of my goto companies.

Ordered a fragrance a week ago
Ordered a fragrance a week ago, I have have not received a single follow email since the order confirmation.
I have contacted this company three times asking for an update on delivery and have received complete and utter silence in return.
My last email was requesting to cancel the order, and still no response to that request.
