Good experience.
We were picked up at the airport and brought to the hotel. Next morning we were brought to the clinic, there we were met with our English speaking coordinator Batul. She was very helpful, professional, friendly and attentive. Very happy with the customer service. Procedure was quick and successful ( my partner had laser eye surgery). Next day we went for a check up and following day we were brought to the airport.
Very satisfied with the service.

Ita been 2 years I had an eye surgery in istanbul with them, and I can see like an hawk.

They are lifesavers, after 10 years of wearing glasses.

This was my 3rd procedure with beauty travels24 which speaks volumes, My co-ordinator through WhatsApp arranged everything to detail and was extremely helpful, I just had a hairtransplant which was overseeing by a professional lady Dr who gave me great confidence and advice,I had the pleasure of dealing with her in the past so I was delighted to see her again, also the 2 guys that did my 6hr procedure were so professional and caring also I had 2 translators who were just brilliant. A massive thank you to all at beauty travels24 for all your care,professional service and even aftercare is amazing.
Alot of clinics could learn alot from you .

I booked an eye correction with laser with Beauty Travels 24 in Istanbul.

Before traveling to Turkey, I had a preliminary examination with one of the best eye clinics in my home country. The examination was done professionally and thoroughly through the duration of 90 minutes.
They found that I was eligible for surgery, and recommended the ReLEx SMILE treatment.

Unfortunately I came with the expectation that they would come to the same conclusion and could deliver the same treatment.
However, after under 30 minutes with examination, they concluded that I was eligible for surgery, but with the Femto LASIK treatment. I asked if it would be possible to do the ReLEx SMILE treatment, but was told that that was not possible as I had astigamatism on one of my eyes.
(I have a small stigmatic on -0.75 one of my eyes, which should not be a problem for any of the surgeries.)

Due to this I did not go through with any treatments at this clinic.
This of course ended up as a bad experience on my part, what drives my rating a notch up would be the service given of the employees of Beauty Travels 24. Which was great!

Very smooth experience from start to finish. I live in Dublin, Ireland. Enquired about laser eye surgery on WhatsApp and received a response within hours. Was emailed a detailed information guide about the clinic, procedures and prices. The clinic had availabilties as soon as one week from the day I enquired! Just over a month later I flew over to Turkey. A driver collected me from the airport and brought me to my hotel where reception had all my details and my room ready. Driver picked me up from the hotel to the clinic the next day. There, I was greeted by a lovely translator who accompanied me through all my examinations and even the procedure itself. Preliminary exam was at 9am and the surgery was performed 2 hours later! Dr Melih was very honest and told me about potential side effects/drawbacks of LASIK I hadn’t even considered, so I felt I had made an informed decision about going ahead with the procedure. He was so excited when, the following day, I could read letters on the Snellen chart I was struggling to read the day before! So safe to say the procedure went very well. There were no hidden costs whatsoever, though you do only get one set of eye drops at the clinic (they give you a prescription to get more - I recommend buying more drops in a Turkish pharmacy because in Ireland, for example, the drops prescribed are unlicensed/not on the Irish market and would be much more expensive to get in Ireland!). The package I chose included the medical exams and the procedure for both eyes, plus hotel including breakfast and transport between hotel/airport/clinic. You could not get better value elsewhere! If you’re thinking about getting LASIK, definitely consider this place. Everything seemed too good to be true, price and efficiency-wise, but they followed through every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care I received.

Update 10/01/2024 - just got my eyes tested and have been told I don’t need glasses to drive anymore. I used to have -4.25 and -3.75 vision so this is huge for me! The optician said the surgeon did a great job 👏

I had LASIK surgery done in October of 2021. It is more than 1.5 years later. Everything is good. The surgeuon had even said that he would not reccomend for me to have that type of LASIK surgery done. Because I am over the age of 40 and my eyes will get worse, as I age. But I said I still want to have it done.

5 star review. I have contacted them again about having dental work done in 2024.

Excellent service. I went to Istanbul with my husband for rhinoplasty surgery in the fall of 2022 because my nose was bulbous. My husband stayed with me as a companion at that time. The service was top-notch, from the hotel to the clinic itself. All in all, I'm in love with my new nose, so I highly recommend this company! Beauty travels, thank you for making my confidence rocket:)

I would like to thank you for all provided service! We had only a problem with transfer waiting time and providing of a hotel. However, all drivers, all receptionists and cleaning ladies, all translators and medical personal including the surgeror were extremely nice, helpful and polite. All medical check-up and the operation itself were very smooth and now I can see everything without lenses!

7 months later I now have serious eye issues. One eye is -1.25 my other eye is -0.25 and now I cannot drive at night as it is blury and I see halo and starbursts. Laser eye surgery has ruined my life and I seriously recommend to anyone that you DO NOT DO LASER EYE SURGERY this is not what I paid for. I regret it so much

I never want to have any enhancements on offer as this will make it worse. I am so depressed because of this. My job is a truck driver at night and I struggle Terribly to see at night almost driving blind now I may have to give up my job if I do not find a solution. I left a positive review when I had it done but now my vision has deteriorated and it is all laser eye surgery fault.

I have used Beauty Travels 24 for my Eye Laser Surgery. I was a little anxious getting surgery done abroad, in another country but I started my journey by reading reviews and testimonials of many companies. Beauty Travels 24 stood out to me and I convinced myself I would go ahead with the treatment. I done a consultation in the UK before I left to understand the type of tests I should be getting when I visit the clinic in Istanbul. All the tests were the same which put me at ease knowing I was in safe hands. I had filled out all my forms beforehand and off I went for my surgery. Muge was really helpful as she was my English translator and ensured everything went smoothly for me. My surgeon spoke English but more of Turkish therefore, Muge was really helpful. The experience was amazing, clean hospital, friendly staff and lots of Do's and Dont's after the surgery. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their eyes corrected or for any other service (hair transplant, teeth implants etc). My recovery was within 6 hours and its all down to you how you look after yourself post surgery. A big thank you to the team!

I highly recommend. I came to the clinic for a plastic surgery of nose. Everything went very smoothly and everything was thoroughly explained. Very helpful and nice people. Care in the hospital 10/10!

I honestly had a very good hassle free experience with Beauty Travels 24, and recommend doing this. I dealt with them through WhatsApp, where we discussed all of the itinerary details. I had to buy my own flight tickets earlier this year (27th Jan, 2022), but as soon as I landed in Istanbul, I was immediately taken care of. My driver was waiting for me at the agreed place and time, with a sign with my name on it. Drove me to the hotel of my choice (one of three offered in the package deal), where I was received and made feel comfortable straight away, needing for nothing! The room was impecable and the food in the restaurant was delightful. The day after landing, I went to the clinic where I was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. After going through some details, I had my pre-op examination and the surgery followed instantly after that without a single hiccup. The surgery took approximately 20min and it was a success. I achieved 20/20 vision and couldn't be happier with the result. After surgery my eyesight was a bit blurry and sensitive, but I could still see for the most part. It only took me about 6h of rest to recover my sight, which I did in my room with the blinds shut, so it was pitch black. The following day I didn't feel any discomfort in my eyes anymore. I had my post-op exam to make sure everything was as it should and given some more medicine and instructions for eye care, and went on to enjoy the rest of my stay. I hope my review helps anyone who is considering doing eye laser surgery through Beauty Travels 24, don't hesitate!

Where do I start, I (18 years) wanted to change something (rhinoplasty). I must say I am extremely satisfied from the request to the result. The service offered is really first class and the people with whom you have contact are all extremely friendly and courteous. Everything is explained in detail and thus completely taken the fear. The price is absolutely justified. Everything, i.e. the transfer, hotel, hospital, surgery, doctor's consultation etc. etc. was very satisfactory. I have a friend who is also considering which I have recommended Beautytravels simply because it has convinced me very much. I have read a few negative reviews before and was a bit unsure but in retrospect I can not confirm anything that was said there. All in all, top service, top performance and gladly again if I ever want to do something again.

I had The best experience with this company from start to finish. From the initial contact over the phone to the after care beauty travels 24 were always available to answer my questions.
The care was superb and I always felt safe. Myself and my husband were picked up from the airport and taken to a beautiful hotel, we were provided with an interpreter for all consultations.

I recently had LASIK laser eye surgery from Spain, Barcelona.
I enjoyed the entire service process, from emailing the BeautyTravel24 staff to leaving for the airport.
I got the impression that someone on the staff had traveled their own path as a patient and the program provided for every pitfall a patient might encounter in one way or another. I was impressed with the instruction letter I received in the mail (a list of things to prepare before the flight, including information about the vaccine, travel, how to find the airport pick-up person, etc.).

Myself and my husband travelled one month ago for LASIK laser eye surgery from Dublin, Ireland. The service was fantastic from start to finish. We were very nervous but the staff were so friendly and helpful and put us at ease. The surgery went perfectly for both of us and we’ve had no issues since. So so worth it if you are thinking of having LASIK the whole trip including flights cost us 1/5 of the price of having it in Dublin. Thank you Beautytravels24

I had my laser eyes surgery with them. I was quite nervous to do that but it all went very efficient and great. Its been many months and I can say I feel greater than ever. Best money ever spent. Thank you to the clinic staff for answering all my questions and the hotel staff were all friendly and amazing.
