First thing i noticed was the weight — doesn’t feel hollow like some others i tried before. Used right after unpacking, steaming plate edge stays cool so i didn’t burn my hand at all. Already put it back in the suitcase, definitely bringing this one for the next trip.

not sure about waterproof but the tape's edge was perfectly straight and no dust collected on the sides unlike my old hardware store rolls, kind of surprised me since those always fray, now this one hasn’t shifted or peeled after all the chaos in my kitchen.

used it already, shoved the hose into the weird bend under our sink—didn’t split or kink at all. pretty much heavier than expected, kind of reassuring. definitely worked better than the store one last time.

Just a drop held for a minute and the project was fixed. The tape's strong, durable, and waterproof adhesion worked instantly, leaving no marks behind.

I would give zero stars if I could. I'm repeating what I have just read by another reviewer about this company! Please don't buy from them. Their products are sub-standard and their customer service is non-existent. I received a flawed jumper. They requested photos illustrating the defect, which I sent, and then refused a refund saying that there was no damage! They initially promised to resolve the issue and we exchanged emails which were a complete waste of time. I'm now left with a ruined jumper which I can't wear and no refund.

I ordered an item that didn't fit, I have e-mailed them on many many occasions for a returns label but they wont respond to my messages, they just completely ignore you. Please don't waste your money on this company.

The goods are nothing like advertised so it states free returns website looks fine I emailed them asking how to return no paperwork included in delivery. Message received have to return at own cost but never been given return address as promised. Only now checked reviews and see this is the normal response.

Ordered 2 items. The size and style were terrible and the material is cheap looking. Have tried to return but told I can’t due to the fees being too expensive and that it would take over a month for the return to reach them. They don’t tell you any of this under there return policy! They are now not answering my emails. I’m from the UK. Please don’t waste your money.

Items I received were not like the ones in online and...cheap material and obviously copies of a far superior garment. They will not give me a return address so I can return the items...please anyone tempted to use this company currently advertising on Facebook think again.
