With being a blonde I always struggle to find hair extensions that truly match my hair colour and always end up having to colour my hair to match my shade of extensions from other brands. However, a lovely young lady from customer service was so helpful and patient and helped me find my perfect shade which has saved me so much worry in future and can order my exact shade from Beauty Works whenever needed.

Exceptionally High Level of Customer Service
Exceptionally high level of customer service when I was having great difficulty locating a product for my hair which was so easily and readily available before the pandemic. The owner located what I required in their warehouse, listed it on their website thus allowing me to buy it and sent the item out promptly. Customer service like Beauty World is rarely seen or experienced these days. I will be buying from them again!
