Absolutely terrible service and quality. Ordered a dress in 2 sizes. It was poorly made and the site said to fill out a form and email the company. I did and each time I got an incompetent woman, who didn’t know how to help me, tot ask me the samen questions. I have emailed them many times, but they will not provide a refund, and they even stopped answering. Please do not buy here! It is a terrible website and shitty quality !!

I ordered a summer dress for a party. Not only did it take more than 2 weeks for it to come, it was a ridiculously cheaply made product coming directly from China. There we loose and VERY visible seams. I requested a refund. They sent me a return form with no return address or return label. They then tell me if I keep the product they will give me a further discount. I said no. The dress is so terribly made you’d think it might come apart while wearing it and the fabric feels like wearing a thin polyester pillow case. After 2 customer service leads ask me about the further discount, They later tell me I can’t return the item because it’s on sale. However I already sent them photos about the damage/poorly made product I paid €49 for. This place is a SCAM . They trick you with a slick website and photography trying to look premium. All the while sending you a cheap garment. Better luck shopping a trusted retailer. Buyer beware!!!! I was ripped off!!
