Welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff who made the whole buying experience enjoyable and less daunting from my first visit, until completion of my purchase. Charlotte was particularly helpful, providing me with a unique point of contact for most of my interactions, although her colleagues were also helpful in her absence.
