Ben is very knowledgeable on the watches i was interested in and was very polite.The manager on the day I was there was also very interested in the watches i was looking at and was very helpful with arranging a discount.

Exceptional service from the lovely assistant at Beaverbrooks today! I had visited 3 other jewellers in the mall and didn’t have half the attention, good advice, honesty and knowledge of the products. Will return again!

I was very grateful to Lucy at Beaverbrooks Cribbs Causeway in Bristol for all the time (and cups of coffee!) she gave me when attempting to resolve all the complexities involved in redeeming a voucher I had been given towards replacement of my very special 60 year old watch. Over the course of several weeks she made countless phone calls and e-mails which I'm quite sure weren't part of her normal routine. The problems were finally resolved and I'm now enjoying wearing my new watch. Thank you Lucy.

We were served by Ben who was on Crutches but was absolutly professional in the way he handled us and getting the Display case from the Window.

I received excellent customer service from the team at Beaverbrooks, Cribbs Causeway.

I was initially helped by Rose, who I understand is quite new to her role. She was lovely, very helpful and patient while helping me choose a locket that was being purchased for very sentimental reasons.

When I returned to collect it, however, I decided that the original locket wasn't quite right for me, as I wanted something more substantial that I could treasure for many years. I asked whether there were any other lockets available and was then shown some beautiful alternatives in the window, which Rose hadn't spotted during my original visit.

This is only intended as constructive feedback, as Rose provided brilliant customer service throughout. With a little more experience and familiarity with the stock available in store, I think she will do extremely well.

I eventually chose a beautiful locket that felt much more appropriate for what I wanted, and the team also helped me change the original fine chain for a slightly more substantial one.

The gentleman who helped me on my return visit was also excellent. Despite having injured his Achilles and getting around on crutches, he couldn't have been more helpful!

Overall, a really positive experience. I came away with a beautiful and very meaningful piece of jewellery, and I was extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful service I received.
