Painfully slow.
Prices always seem good but the twice I have visited the Exeter branch, the staff have been so incredibly slow. Will probably put me off using them again if honest.

Exeter Store's great experience
I noticed a Bulova men's watch in the window which caught my eye and went into the shop for a closer look. I was greeted by a young lady (the manager?) who was welcoming and 'happy to help' and offered us a drink. She then handed me over to a young lad (Ab) who extracted the watch from the window and proceeded to tell me all about the brand and was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout. I agreed to purchase and he took great trouble to judge the size of my wrist so he could remove a number of links and after he had done so the watch fitted perfectly, so his judgement was 'spot on'! He then took great trouble to package the watch for me, removing the protection paper meticulously (shades of Rowan Atkinson as the shop assistant in the film 'Love Actually' sprang to mind!) and they all thanked us for our custom as we left - all in all an outstanding experience - so well done to Ab & co!
