Fabulous Service!
We were greeted by very cheerful staff and then given a special one to one service. We were offered various options and once we made our choice, given a beautifully gift wrapped watch - the perfect experience!!! We will return.

Cannot fault the staff (Nottingham Branch)
Cannot fault the staff here at all. This is the second time I have been in this particular store (the first time with my daughter who was purchasing) and the service was just the same as the first time - excellent. I was shown to a chair and offered a coffee, while the young lady brought me the watches I wanted to look at. There was no rushing or hurrying, I could take my time in making my mind up. When I had made my mind up, I needed some links removing and when I tried it on it still needed one removing. Nothing was any trouble. The packaging was great - not just put in a bag and given to you. If it was a present for someone, then you wouldn’t need to re-wrap it. I would definitely recommend Beaverbrooks.
