Beaverbrooks - Stratford Reviews 

The staff are geenrally friendly and helpful. What I do not like is Beaverbrook's repair policy. My chain has broken 4 times in a space of a year. They refused to fix it the fourth time so I was bought another chain (which cost more) and paid the difference. Their repair service is abysmal and takes forever to fix. I would not be buying jewellery from them again. Do nor bother purchasing extra wrarranty either it is a scam. You are better off with HM Smauel

I needed a ring within 5-7 days and I received it on the 3rd day which was music to my ears and only the staff are to thank, above excellent service from the ladies at Stratford Westfield branch

An anklet was purchased from Beaverbrooks on 28 August 2026 and the chain subsequently snapped after a short period of ownership.

The item was returned under the manufacturer’s warranty, so the repair was not being requested at Beaverbrooks’ expense.

The interaction with the staff member dealing with the repair came across as unnecessarily patronising. The matter was allowed to proceed without comment, but when a simple request was made for the staff member’s name, she declined to provide it and stated that it was on the receipt. From a customer’s perspective, this seemed an unnecessarily awkward and unprofessional way to handle a straightforward interaction.

The broken chain itself is understandable as a possible manufacturing issue. The reason for this review is the customer service experience when dealing with the warranty repair.

The value of the item is not significant. However, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable making a high-value purchase from Beaverbrooks in the future.

I will leave readers to form their own view.

The service was outstanding and our salesman Louis was really professional, polite, and impressed my whole family. We were also very happy with the watches we bought and the price we got them for.

Sharaz (I hope I spelt it right!) was an incredible salesperson who made us feel comfortable throughout our time spent there. She was very helpful with any questions we had, and made the shopping experience a pleasure!
