The worst buying experience imaginable. You may not have any other options, but DO NOT buy from this company. Poor craftsmanship from the exterior to the interior with absolutely no quality control or accountability. Stay away!!!!

Beaverfit is my go to place to buy all things goruck, good customer service, a trackable delivery which is always good.

Excellent customer service. I needed to amend my order and received an email back straight away to sort it. Very happy with the product and delivery time as well.

Responsiveness to my order status questions was fast and helpful. It's obvious they valued me as a customer.

Product is as described but just hours after purchasing I received a reminder that I had left something in my cart and they gave me a 10% discount code to complete the purchase.

So had I just delayed my original cart for a few hours, I would of saved over £25 on an order of £250. That left me a little salty to say the least so I sent an email to Emma in customer service and politely asking for a reply and to be refunded 10% of the order that they seem so readily to apply to everyone. Email was sent on the 1st August and as of today I have yet to receive a reply. Customer service is this 0 out of 10.

My advice is for everyone to load up your cart, delay the purchase 24 hours and then use the 10% code they automatically send you.

Quick and efficient service.

I have had my eye on a Go-ruck pack for such a long time, finally managed to save up and grab myself a Rucker 3.0
What a pack! Absolutely bombproof in construction and I’m sure it’s going to be a beast of an asset on my adventures as well as coping without a problem as my EDC work bag.
Dealing with Beaverfit was an absolute pleasure and I’ll happily be back for more purchases.

Quick delivery, no qualms about product packaging, delivery, quality, etc. Unhappy with the returns process. Beaverfit want a return request to be emailed to them. If they accept, you are then asked to send the item back to the address they provide. Understandably there is a 30-day limit. Unfortunately, for over two weeks I received no reply to the repeated email return requests I sent on the email address provided on the website. I had to get creative with finding a way to contact them and dug up a named email. That person then forwarded on my request and my return was then promptly sorted. Just wish I didn't have to go through the anxiety of ending up having to hang on to over 300 pounds worth of merchandise.
