Faulty product and TERRIBLE customer service!
The product arrived after a couple of weeks and arrived with no packaging, guide etc. We inflated it and immediately discovered a hole which is clearly a fault in the manufacturing. I contacted the company straight away and they said they required a photo to prove it. I sent them clear photos and they told me I needed to send a video to prove it! I was so frustrated that I gave up at this point.
