I have had the bebcare camera for over a year now and have been really happy with it. It has all the features we require in a monitor, the screen is great and battery life has been really good and hasn’t deteriorated.
Obviously the priority for us has been low EMF- especially for any devices we have needed to utilise in our kids rooms. Which this ticks that box with flying colours.

I purchased the video monitor package. The "parent unit" had an electronic issue that appeared early on. Bebcare ended up sending a replacement unit, and updated their warranty based on my feedback to encompass the kind of issue I experienced. I was very pleased with this level of support!

Do not buy form this company. Antenna broke after a week (for no reason) and then unit stopped charging at the 2 month mark. They don’t stand by their products. I have emailed them a dozen times. I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charge and then next step will be small claims court. Really not about the $350 although it’s annoying, but more about holding the company to accountability. I highly doubt they are in any way low EMF either, while common is fraud

Great product - works well for multiple kiddos and provides peace of mind. Low EMF radiation means it’s the best on the market! Very happy we chose this product over others.

Terrible - Do not order from this company.
I ordered but canceled next day. Bebcare agreed to the cancel (have the email to prove it). They still Charged for an item I never received. I disputed the charge with my credit card however this scam of a company said I received it. So credit card put the charge back. I have emails showing the order was canceled and they agreed to refund me (in 3-5 weeks). So disputing it again with more documentation. Don’t order from here. Scam company. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau. I wish I would have done that first. FYI - never received the product because I canceled right after ordering it.

We chose to go with Bebcare monitor due its low EMF rating and feeling that was safest for baby! So far so good!

Safety was a big consideration for us when choosing a baby monitor, so we were thrilled to find this low EMF monitor. We've used this monitor for over 1.5 years and are happy with the camera, audio, and battery life. We will be buying another soon too use with our next baby as well.

The bebcare baby monitor is very user friendly. I like the fact that it is sound activated and the parent unit doesn't run continuously. You can adjust the noise sensor so quieter noises, such as a sound machine don't cause it to alert you. You can also adjust the brightness of both the parent unit and the light on the camera in babies room. The battery life is quite good. Our son has sleep difficulties due to sleep apnea so this monitor has been very helpful to us.

This one star reviews are 100 percent accurate! This company is a complete scam. My $350 camera has not worked since I received it and they will not honor the warranty and are instead offering me a discount to buy another one. The WiFi constantly disconnects putting your baby at risk and now won’t connect at all. I am filing a lawsuit against this company for not honoring their warranty. They have done this to enough people.

I’ve had this monitor for 3 years and really like it. I recently had an issue with the antenna not working properly and emailed Bebcare costumer service. Julianna was very quick to respond and offered a replacement at no charge to me. I appreciate the responsiveness and excellent costumer service. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone.

Other monitors claim to be low EMF, but then we discovered that is only when used in certain modes of operation. This is the only one we found to be endorsed by EMF Academy and other reputable sources. Their order processing is uncommonly quick and their customer service is very helpful.
