The meat from Beck and Bulow is awesome. Living in New Mexico, ours is delivered by an employee of Beck @ Bulow. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Offer a good variety of both cuts and varieties of meat. Our three favorites are elk medallions, bison New York strips, and the jalepeno cheese brats. Never had a bad cut or variety. Fast service.

My gift order fof my son was made approximately 3 weeks ago, The order was never delivered I would like my money refunded promptly and do not intend to use your company again The recipient of my gift has received several " orders in transit" messages-- disgraceful service

i ordered bison meat and pasture raised. i haven’t tried the bison short ribs which i was surprised at the size. i did try the bison stew cubes and bison ground meat. absolutely loved the ground bison. i wasn’t as impressed with the stew cubes. i think i’d rather have pasture raised. but also loved the pasture raised ribeyes juicy and full of flavor. and i had pasture raised chuck roast which was good. not overly excited about chuck roast i will say this was a good meat. not overly fatty but had enough fat for flavor. i was buying to help my friend who has lousy meat in n her area with what i thought of it. i don’t have a problem with meat in my area so maybe i’m not a good judge of meat. i had wanted to try wagyu meat which my friend thought might be better but it’s not on website and no one returned my call to order

I was delighted to read the descriptions regarding the wild boar ribs and elk medallions offered. We purchased both and the delivery was fast. I slightly overcooked the ribs but they were still amazing; I will be more careful next time. We are looking forward to the elk next!

My order was excellent. I tried the bison, wild boar, elk chicken, and fish. i even received a personal phone call from Kynan who called to apologize for running out of bison hot dogs and offered me bison cajun andouille sausage which was great. My only request is try and get fish that is caught in America.

Not as quality as lead to believe. Hot dogs were awful. Steaks were thin and tasteless. Very disappointed.

Wonderful meat. I had hog dogs and have eaten many feral hogs. If anyone is concerned it’s not authentic don’t be. Pretty sure they fattened shoats in a pen to get the bacon but it’s delicious and worth the price. The tenderloins appear to be out of small hogs. Melt in your mouth.

The spring lamb we got for Easter was amazing. Beck & Bulow is top notch!

I was looking at another company when I came upon your site. The prices were reasonable and you had what we needed. The shipping was quicker than expected. I was very pleased with the packaging and the meat received. Thank you. I will be ordering again.

I ordered 3 tomahawk bison steaks. They arrived on time. However out of the 3 steaks, only 1 was presentable as a gift. It looked great and measured 2 lbs as expected. The other 2 however were half the size and the steaks looked like they were cut in half compared to the 2 lb steak we received. Very disappointed considering spent nearly $300. Was planning on buying a lot of meat from here, but now reluctant.

I love the Bison Hot Dogs, they are delicious and are a great source of low fat protein. They are precooked so all you have to do is pop them in the microwave to get them to a serving temp and enjoy.

Our first purchase from Beck & Bulow was with a birthday gift certificate I was given - and we were absolutely thrilled with the meat we received. So much so that I went ahead and bought a gift certificate myself to send to a family member for Christmas. We're happy campers (although it's pricey) and suggest everyone try Beck & Bulow at least once. You'll become a fan just like us!

The Tomahawk Bison Ribeye was a show stopper for a Christmas dinner (kids all called it either the "Dinosaur" or "Joe Bison"). B&B did an above-and-beyond job making sure it go to me on time and ready to go. Excellent product and service!
