My family ordered a quarter beef. Surprised us, delivered the NEXT DAY. Wow. Impressive quality. We come from the Dakotas and have high expectations being used to grass-raised beef. This beef exceeds expectations. Will be coming back for more.

I absolutely love these guys! They have the best customer service and products! Also my dogs are crazy for their dog treats.

I love these guys and am really excited for the shop to open. I first starting buying from them a while back at the Farmer’s Market. Mostly bison, but sometimes other meat. I started ordering online during the pandemic and their service is great. Sometimes I’d get the delivery the same day. The meat is good quality and very tasty. We’re committed to buying local, humanely raised meat. And Beck & Bulow is our go-to.

I ordered a pound of grassfed beef, wild caught salmon, boar bacon and elk medallions. I was able to chat with customer service about the source of the salmon and its safety for my 2 year old daughter. Received the products quickly. The bacon is delicious. The elk medallions were the best meat I've ever tasted. It was clean, flavorful and tender. I expected it to be gamey and it wasn't at all. I'm very happy and will be ordering again.

I was sold Bison Strip steaks that had no description stating that they were "bone in." (which changes Quantity of meat and pricing). Bone is tied to Tendons or Gristle making it a B____ to cut and harder to eat. The description is deceptive and unprofessional, and If I could ship it back I would. There are plenty of honest Bison dealers on the web. I suggest you search them out before buying here.

We are now subscribers to a once every two months box of assorted products, which is perfect for our family of two. Our last box contained wild boar bacon. I am a hunter's daughter and wild boar has never appealed to me as they are pretty mangy. The wild boar bacon was absolutely delicious. I used it for boeuf bourguignon, with breakfast and to flavor soup. With the ground bison, I have been making meatballs for spaghetti or using it for a ragu. We are very pleased with the quality of the products. We are also grateful for the convenience of the subscription that reduces our time shopping during covid.

I ORDERED 2 BISON BONLESS RIBEYE STEAKS, (ORDER # 10280) IT WAS DELIVERED ONLY 1, AFTER A FEW DAYS I CALLED TO COMPLAIN. THE OTHER STEAK WAS SENT RIGHT AWAY, WHICH IS GOOD; BUT THAT MAKE ME REALIZED THAT YOUR HEAD QUARTERS ARE IN THE SAME CITY; SANTA FE, AND I PAID $20.00 SHIPPING, SO I SENT A MESSAGE; THEIR ANSWER WAS THAT THEY HAVE TO DELIVERY TWICE, IT IS LIKE IT WAS MY FOULT THAT THEY DID NOT SEND THE CORRECT ORDER.

Meat for Beck & Bulow is always delish - this time some of the meats were not vacuumed sealed very well and leaked in the shipping container - was very impressed with how fast you stepped up and offered a gift card to replace the meat - wonderful customer service

Delivery was in a timely manner and in good shape! The steaks were a hit and there are more things to try over the holidays!
