Our baby backpack ripped almost completely in two at a critical juncture.
Nancy in customer service gave me a very annoying runaround. Asking multiple times for photos when I sent photos twice clearly showing the damage. I sent an order confirmation, but they didn't seem to get that either, since Nancy returned to me some days later asking for an order confirmation.
If my company provided this horrible experience, first of a DANGEROUS baby backpack, and then second a horrible customer experience, I would be on high alert to improve.
