Just LUSH!
Comes in a lovely box. Brilliant quality fabric (I got the 800 Egyptian sheen). Bought another within a couple of weeks while they are on sale. Only down side is I can never go back to shop bought bedding 😆

The website is quite misleading poor customer service
The website is quite misleading. I clicked on the item expecting to order the full bed set as shown in the product images, but I was only sent a duvet cover.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that I would need to return the duvet cover at my own expense because they did not have any of the Oxford pillowcases to send separately, and only then could they dispatch a full bed set. I would have been happy to simply pay the difference for them to send the missing items if they had offered that option, rather than having to return the product.
I am still waiting for this to be resolved and still do not have the bed set. Considering this is marketed as a high-end bedding company, the experience so far has been quite disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. The item purchased was for a duvet cover only, which is indicated in the product title, images, and the order confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
We would have happily sent the additional items to complete the set, however the individual Oxford pillowcases were unfortunately out of stock. The only available option at the time was to exchange it for a full bedding set.
As arranged, we have now processed the exchange to a full set and thank you for paying the difference in cost.

Excellent quality and feel, shipped very quickly. This is the second time we have used this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, their products are fantastic and also presented beautifully in soft touch boxes.

Great service at competitive prices. I would have given 5 star were the king size fitted mattress sheet was better quality. 300 TC seemed inadequate.
