Mattress Topper
Mattress topper wasn't the best quality. It was pretty flat. Like a lot of these mattress toppers online, the are advertised as really thick, but you get them home and they are pretty thin.
Good customer service and a full refund was provided swiftly, however I had to pay to return it, which cost me £8.99 (not reimbursed). So overall I give 3 stars.

It’s taken 2 weeks to tell me the product is out of stock! I have no email from the 11th all folders double checked the last email was sent on the 10th saying it must be the couriers fault! Please issue a full refund to hit my account today Friday 13th. Buyer Beware.

I ordered on 30th November received an email to say dispatched on 3rd December. The tracking hasn’t updated since, Royal Mail just says we are expecting it!! Tried contacting Bedding Roysl via the WhatsApp chat and email but not had any response?? But then get a Trustpilot link to write a review on my product that I’ve not received? I needed the item for my daughter’s surprise room.
