Poor customer service
13.5 Tog duvet ordered. Parcel recieved 26 September containing 10.5 Tog duvet. Have sent 3 emails asking Royal bedding to collect it. Still waiting for reply.

I am very happy with my purchases
I am very happy with my purchases. The feather duvet was very well vacuum packed so I had to give it a really good long shake and hang it out on the washing line to let it all expand. It is now fluffy and nice and warm. The pillow also needed a good shake to fluff up but is now lovely.
Fast, well packaged delivery. I do recommend this site. Happy customer
