I have worked with BeDot for many years, since they acquired my previous Domain registra ABC reg, and they are by far the most knowledgable and helpful group to ever work with.

Rob and the team are amazing, all my domains are with them and even the newer suffixes like .eu, don't seem to phase them. We had an issue with our .eu domain and they figured out how to fix it without losing the domain name.

So if you need domain names, you can't go wrong with BeDot! They do other web services too, I just have domain names, but I'm sure if I needed something more than domains, I wouldn't go wrong getting it from Bedot.

One area I never fully appreciated, was the complexity of the server setup and the impact this has on website performance. They had no problem explaining to me, why we’re optimising the website in a certain way and how we can ensure the technical elements perform as successfully as possible.

I'm used to working with cPanel and Domains but the support levels from Bedot Media are great. At every stage of migration and new projects Bedot Media support has been there ready to help. Currently I have 6 Domains and lots of domain alias and a few sub-domains. I've never had a problem that Bedot Medias top class support hasn't been able to sort out or point me in the right direction of the solution.
