No contact after a few emails..they have taken £44 out of my bank and no item still not sent from 8th August..I've been trying all this time to get my money bk..when they did email me they said there is no reason to get PayPal involved as they will sort it asap...WELL am still waiting so now I will take the matter further ..
I will never order again..

No product ever arrived. Was charged $87.00 for two chairs i never received. AND sent two emails to customer service and received no reply. This site is a SCAM.

I ordered shoes on Sept 28. I inquired with "Ada" at the company. She sent me a bogus tracking number. Every time I contacted her, she said give me 5 business days to check.
I have requested a refund from PayPal.

If there were 0 stars , I’d give that rating. Sadly I only checked trust pilot when I became suspicious after 6 weeks of being given the run around by this company over non delivery /? non existance of my photo printer. I was shocked to see how many others on here were in the same position.
Following some info from others , I filed a case with Paypal last week and have just been notified that they will refund me in full. Thank God for Paypal!
I only bought from this company as very cleverly, the item came through on my FB as part of an “Amazon Clearance Sale.”Furious at myself that I fell for it, but very grateful for a good outcome. Hope everyone else is as fortunate - or even better, doesn’t order in the first place

Ordered an item, foolishly didn't read the reviews. Exact same experience.
Waited 2 months, emailed them.
Weirdly the tracking said it was delivered the day I enquired.
Luckily I have CCTV, it was not delivered. Advised them of CCTV, then the begging started, don't report us to PayPal but they just kept delaying, so in the end got refunded by PayPal straight away after reporting it.

Waited months for an item and customer service has excuse after excuse. No item shipped. SCAM!!!!!!!!
Do not purchase from this site!!

What a joke, all the reviews I have read are completely right, I ordered a small printer on June 27th 2025, and it never came, got in touch and a person called Rhea, kept emailing me saying not to involve paypal she would sort it but kept putting me off saying it had been delivered, I asked for proof, and never got any, I got in touch with paypal and within 35 minuets, got my money back. complete Scam !!!!!

DO NOT order from this company they are a scam!!! If I could give a zero review I would. Currently emailing after two months of no delivery when saying it’s delivered waiting a week for each reply. Definitely reporting to PayPal.

Total scam. Dont order from this company, you won't get what you paid for. Numerous emails to find out where my items was after tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't. I threatened to report them to PayPal and eventually got a refund. Stay away!!!

This is a total scam the company say it's delivered and to get in touch with the courier.
You can only do this online once you've put in your details it finds your parcel and wants your bank details to pay a retainer of £1.
TOTAL SCAM FACEBOOK ALLOWS THESE TO ADVERTISE BE WARNED

Ordered a sun shade, paid via PayPal. Got an order number.
No parcel delivery.
If something seems to good to be true it IS!
If you have my sun shade DELIVER IT NOW, YOU HAVE MY MONEY. That’s false advertising and the company should be struck off!

A total scam. I ordered 2 items which were shown to have been delivered by tracking. That is not the case. I received nothing. They somehow fiddled the tracking result.
Facebook Marketplace advertised these items and are allowing scammers to use their advertising platform. Shame on Facebook !!!

I can only fully agree with Cristoph, SCAM SHOP. My shipment also never arrived although emails from the alleged service contact looked correct it absolutely is not. AVOID or as Christoph said your money is gone. What a world we live in where its impossible to trust.

I can only warn you! Absolutely fake and a scam! My shipment never arrived. When I ask for shipment details, proof of delivery, or the responsible shipping company in the destination country, they simply don't respond and play dead! So, stay away, or your money's gone!
