Nice product but not customer service
Product great, customer service is really slow. I received a sofa two months ago and it was broken on delivery. I reached out to Bedrenatter several times but didnt get an answer. Then I wrote a review here, they contacted me, but then just stopped writing again since 3 weeks now. Really a shame because I think they have great products, but this communication or the lack thereof really makes the experience not very enjoyable...

It was overall the worst choice ever…
It was overall the worst choice ever made when it comes to a mattress. We have developed neck and back pain and I regret it so much paying for this product. The issues started appearing after 3 months of use. The mattress was delivered in two pieces (total of 1.60 m x 2.0m) which was a surprise to me as I didn't realize that when ordering it. As soon as we used it we started falling in the middle of it where there was a gap. Ever since the sleep has been terrible, waking up at nights due to pain and trying to adjust position. Worst experience ever, soon switching to a different mattress company.

I'm of course sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your mattress, and I apologize if it wasn't clear at the time of purchase that we deliver our mattresses in size 160cm and above as two separate 80x200cm mattresses. These are then combined in one large cover.
Having two separate mattresses allows the them to be rotated and maintained properly, ensuring longer lasting comfort. If this is not done, the foam and springs may begin to settle unevenly, which seems to be the case here.
Your mattress should certainly not be causing you any discomfort. That’s why, even though the warranty period has expired, we’ve made an effort to reach out to you via email in order to find a solution together. Unfortunately we haven’t heard back from you.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything at all we can assist you with in the future.

Worst quality beds. We both are having pain due to the mattress. We picked the extra firm one which is stil super soft and we can feel all the coils.

Excellent experience all in all: the bed is of very high quality, extremely comfortable and affordable compared to similar beds on the market from other providers (purchase was made taking advantage of a discounted price during an offer campaign). Outstanding customer support
Outstanding customer support
The customer support team did an amazing job to help out sorting a logistic challenge. Although the bed was delivered with one wrong part (of different color) they stepped in and ensured we can use the products and made arrangements to get the correct part asap.
As for the bed, I would highly recommend it as well as the mattress.

Mattress topper and pillow
Ordered mattress topper and pillow from them. Products were great but in particular the super responsive customer service over chat was brilliant. When an item was lost in the post they immediately sent a replacement and a small gift as compensation, no fuss made at all.
