Great company very satisfied with my experience
At first i ordered a pc and realised it had the wrong parts when i contacted them i was assured my issue would be resolved as they would send me the parts i needed however it took a while for them to send me the parts and i was not very happy about this. However after the team at bedrock knew about this they reached out and resolved the issue and made sure i was satisfied with my experience. Overall despite a minor inconvenience i was very satisfied with my experience with bedrock and i will be recommending them and using their service again

Be sure to double check and verify what you pay for and that its actually in your system (i bought there premium flagships RTX build about £1100 with optional upgrades) the ram,m.2ssd and motherboard was swapped out all without my knowledge for cheaper lesser quality parts .. to the point after 3 attempts i had to source the ram myself but they did refund me for the amount paid so fair play for that and they have put the actual brands in the system now besides the m.2 (cause i never rasied it with them) ... do i recommend bedrock No, not atm which is a shame as its my first computer since swapping from ps5 due to Sony .I have a 3yr warranty so hopefully i could be won back later down the line
I have a really long review which is more indepth including other things that went wrong during my experience about 1400 words long but its too long for trustpoilt to post so this is just the major point I want to make .. its not to stop you buying one ..just double check everything over when you recive it

Fantastic customer service
So it wasn’t a straight forward experience as to begin with the delivery was slower than expected, however this issue did highlight their fantastic customer service. It’s easy for companies to be nice when everything goes to plan but these really shone when they had a supply issue. They couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The ordered part wasn’t in stock within time limits so they simply upgraded it to get the computer on its way. My daughter is over the moon with her new PC. I would definitely return to this company again and recommend them to others.

I had ordered a cheaper computer previously and failed three times in four months. No repair, no support, no refund. With Bedrock, it was easy to find the right product for my son, I had a call to offer advice, and it was delivered and working in no time at all. Out of this world customer service
I bought my daughter a budget gaming PC and the service before and after the sales were like nothing I've ever had before.
It wasn't just that they replaced a mouse that came damaged, nor that they sounded genuine when they would reply to me. It wasn't even how quick they were to reply to my emails.
It was all that, and the product quality. We're a very low income family and I'm a single dad on benefits due to disability. My daughter recently moved into a flat of her own and has really struggled with electronics. As an autistic woman, she relies on the internet and gaming to socially interact, learn, entertain and heal.
I have been a gamer since I was about 8 years old, with my first purchase of an Amstrad CPC464.... yea I am that old. My daughter has grown up around me gaming and using electronics to make our lives easier and for entertainment. This has been the single best purchase I have made, and it took me about a year to save up to do that.
So sending out a replacement, rather than her doing without and waiting until I can buy her another has a much bigger effect than you can imagine.
I want to thank everyone at Bedrock - specifically Flynn - for going above and beyond as their standard level of customer service. I will definitely be using Bedrock again.

The absolute best place to buy from
Bedrock is genuinely the best custom PC company I've dealt with. Seriously.
They built me an absolute beast of a machine that performs flawlessly. Everything runs smooth, thermals are perfect, and the build quality is clearly top notch. The attention to detail in how they put this together is obvious you can just feel it's been built by people who actually know what they're doing.
What makes them stand out though is how they handled everything. When supply chain chaos hit they kept me in the loop the entire time and got my PC to me as fast as humanly possible. No excuses, just transparency and solid work.
And then they upgraded my GPU without me asking for it. That's the kind of thing that shows they're not just selling you a PC, they're genuinely invested in you having the best possible experience. That £55 upgrade might not sound like much, but for a small business, that's them putting their money where their mouth is.

Brilliant pc set up
Brilliant pc set up, at very reasonable price for my teenage daughter. Who is thoroughly enjoying the ability to do her studies and especially gaming through the holidays. Communication is OK, but could be better. Especially if not all ordered items are arriving at the same time. Improve Communication and it would easily have been 5* review.
