I had a question and Xavier was very helpful and answered my question and took my order. I would definitely order from them again.

I live in California, and this company is in NJ, so I was very hesitant to order from them. I am so HAPPY that I did! On 02/11/22, I ordered a queen bed, two nightstands, and a dresser. Salesperson, “Ronnie” helped me place the order and set-up white-glove delivery. Due to supply issues, Ronnie told me the items wouldn’t be delivered for at least 5 months. Manager, Jay Padillo emailed me every month with status updates, which I really appreciated. The day before the furniture was delivered, Jay called to discuss what do if anything was damaged etc. The local delivery company, Justo, did a great job assembling and setting up my bedroom set.

This online furniture supplier has great prices and really cares about customer service. They are very responsive and follow-up appropriately. It took a long time to finally get all of our order, but the customer service team, especially Jelica Cejeles, kept us informed along the way and promptly responded to our questions and concerns.

DO NOT ORDER. I don't know how they are in business delayed my order 3 times and promised it wouldn't be delayed again after the first time. The item stated in stock when I purchased it. Wanted to give me 75 credit on a 2k+ order. They are absolutely TERRIBLE.
