Super, from purchase to delivery . Amazing price on a great mattress . Fast delivery too.

AVOID this place. Delivery was hours late, then went to wrong address. Bed delivered with no legs so was unusable. Told that a courier would deliver the bed legs, never arrived, had to call them yet again to be told that the legs had disappeared from their warehouse. Customer service from Aidan was rude & unhelpful. Left with a bed we cannot use. Go anywhere else!!

Great price and really good bed. Delivery took longer than I expected but that was because one item was out of stock.

The beds.ie website was easy to navigate through, the products were of very good value and ordering was very easy. Their customer service was excellent. We added the build of the new bed to the order. It was delivered on time and the bed was constructed quickly. The room was left spotless afterwards. 100% would use them again

This was my second time to buy from Beds.ie within a few months. As with the first time, I experienced excellent service, a great bargain buy and perfect delivery!! This company deserves to be better known for their approach to business and good service. The delivery man even had covers for his shoes to allow him to take the mattress staight up to the bedroom, and remove the old mattress, all with smile and charim. I would not go anywhere else either for value or efficiency. THANK YOU!!

I ordered a futon mattress in emergency, due to a cancellation from Amazon seller and family coming over the following week I needed a solution. I ordered the futon on a Wednesday and received it on Friday, needless to say that I was absolutely delighted by the effectiveness of the delivery. The mattress arrived wrapped in plastic, a bit of damage on the wrapping but mattress intact.
We have received family and friends since, they all slept very good (no feeling of the bed base or too hard) I can't wait to try it myself as travel mat!

Delivery was made same week as ordered.
The men who delivered my bunk bed and mattress were very nice and mannered and just very decent people.
Definitely going to be ordering from here again!

I was completely let down by NextOfficial on a bed delivery. I took a chance to order a bed on beds.ie and I was so thrilled with the quality of the bed, value for money and the customer service.
They were very quick to respond and I had delivery after 5 business days
I paid extra for assembly and the guys were so quiet and tidy and did a great job.
Highly recommend.

We ordered 4 beds with Beds.ie over a month ago and while initial phone service was ok with the company, the order and delivery service was appalling. Three of the 4 beds delivered were faulty, and creaked once installed by the delivery men.
Beds.ie promised to fix this issue and delivered 3 new beds to replace the faulty beds initially. The promised that there would be no issues with the newly installed beds second time around. Unbelievably second time around, the same issue happened again, and creaking beds were again installed!
There was no apology for this inconvenience from any of the 3 people I spoke with on the first occasion or on the second occasion. So disappointing! I would hesitate to recommend Beds.ie to anyone looking to buy new beds.

We ordered a trundle bed in August 2023 and the trundle has barely been used .. the weight is very light .. the wood has started chipping off and could hurt the children. I reached out to beds.ie and they said the screw is fixed an angle ?? I mean what does that even mean and there is no manual given on how screws need to be fixed. Never ever buying anything from them .
