Great experience with Bedsclub. I purchased 2 wardrobes and the fitting service for both. The delivery was straightforward and even though they were delayed in arriving on the day, once they reached my house they brought the wardrobes in and got straight to work. Both wardrobes were put up in just over 2 hours by 1 man. He was really polite and efficient and even helped me to remove the carcass from my old wardrobe. My new wardrobes look amazing and are great value for money. One of the wardrobes I had initially ordered from another company but Bedsclub offered me the exact same wardrobe £60 cheaper so I cancelled the order with the other company. Thanks a lot guys, I couldn't be happier!

I have read your review, and I was very sorry to learn that your delivery was late and that the fitter you had booked failed to arrive. To make matters worse, it is clear our communication with you was terrible. This is completely unacceptable, and I understand why you feel so let down.
Managing a nationwide assembly service can be complex, but that is our responsibility, not yours. We failed to manage our logistics partner correctly in this case, and we let you down badly.
To begin to make amends, i would offer some discount for this.

The 2 guys that arrived this afternoon to deliver and assemble my wardrobe were extremely professional from start to finish. I live in a flat 2 stories up. They didn’t once moan about carrying 5 heavy boxes up the stairs! On a hot summers day 🙈 i highly recommend this company ☺️

The men who delivered my wardrobe were very friendly and helpful. They bought my wardrobe to my desired room and set it up within 30 minutes. They also helped me remove the rubbish outside. The wardrobe itself is lovely and just what the description said. Would recommend this company to anyone.
