BUYER BEWARE: "Lifetime Warranty" Does NOT Exist

Purchased Bed Scrunchie ($65 USD). Product completely fails on standard Australian queen bed despite 6+ attempts following their official videos.

THE WARRANTY SCAM:
- Warranty card registered successfully on their site ("Your Warranty is Active!")
- Company now claims warranty "only for direct purchases"
- This restriction is NOWHERE disclosed (not on card, not on website, not in packaging)
- Product page STILL advertises "Lifetime Warranty" (January 2026)

THE PRODUCT FAILURE:
- Fails to hold fitted sheet on standard mattress (153x203 cm / 60.24"x79.92")
- Attempted 6+ times with multiple sheet types
- Followed all official instructional videos
- Defective product, full stop

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE:
- 30+ emails over 7 days
- Customer service rep repeats identical scripted denials
- Ignores all legal arguments citing Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
- Offers $20 discount instead of addressing material breach
- No escalation to management despite repeated requests

BOTTOM LINE:
Marketing "Lifetime Warranty" while refusing to honor it = fraud. Product doesn't work. Customer service is gaslighting.

DO NOT BUY.

While the concept is a great idea, it’s rather difficult to reattach after you wash the sheets. Found that it takes 2 people to get the sheet on the bed, 1 to lift the mattress and the other to push the scrunchie with clips under the mattress. Not an easy task to 2 seniors!

I have been using Bed Scrunchie for around 3 years or so now. WHEN it works, it’s a decent system for holding the undersheet tight. Perhaps I should say IF it works. Any system is only as good as its weakest link and the weak point here is most definitely the clips that are supposed to clip to the sheet and then fasten on to the “scrunchie” itself.

Firstly the clips are weak and unless you pad the sheet or roll the sheet to give them something to grip to, they simply pull off as soon as you attempt to tighten the scrunchie.

The second, and biggest fault I think is that the plastic clips are prone to fatigue and failure. I’ve now had 4 clips fail in exactly the same place - where the material that clips on to the scrunchie fastens to the plastic clip.

The companies response to my “observations” was “buy more clips”. Why would I spend more money on something that’s prone to failure? I’m currently investigating better methods to secure the material straps to the sheet, as Bed Scrunchie show no interest in improving their product.

Two stars because it DOES work IF you can get the clips to stay on the sheets

I cannot review the product since I never received it but I can say the company deserves 0 stars because once you place an order with them and they take your money that's the last you will hear from them. They will not answer emails, phone calls, or return voicemails. Do not waste your time with Bed Scrunchie.

THIEVES! Yet again, another company who attempts to deceive the population and not ship orders. Delay delay delay is the name of their game. Same old story. DO NOT BUY from them. They obfuscate and lie with intent to deceive because they do not really sell these products. They are simply a middle-man to a China warehouse and have no control over when or even IF you will get your product. But they sure will promise shipping dates! BS Blather! Do not be fooled by yet another deceiver. Cancel these crooks instead. Blah.

Very overpriced. Very difficult to fit to the fitted sheet. A real nuisance each time we change the sheets. And definitely needs 2 x more clips than provided to make it effective. They offer you free straps if you leave a review. I did so, but because it was less than a 5* review they messaged me again to tell me I needed to resubmit it. I did so, but again gave less than 5* so I did not receive any 'free' clips. There are a lot of 5 star reviews for this product. Maybe my experience explains why.

Same as other review, recieved an email that my order was on the way. That was Sept. 6th. Still have not recieved it or had a response to my inquiry of the status of the order.

I ordered this product a month ago. I havent received any shipping information or tracking information. I have contacted their customer service number several times. They do not answer and reccomend you call back later. I have tried to use the live chat, no response. I tried to email them, and still nothing.
