Do not use this company

I booked a trip to Greece through AAA travel and they used bedsonline for a few parts. They booked me into a hotel that was in a very bad neighborhood. There were upwards of 100 drug dealers and prostitutes outside the hotel. We were told by all of the taxi drivers and numerous people that we were not safe, especially with an 18 year old girl. They have a 24/7 hotline that rang to a recording that said call Mon-Fri. I could go on. After the trip, they refused to acknowledge the issue and kept implying I was lying. Their communication was sparse. After about 2 months they told AAA that they would refund me one night. That was almost a month ago and I have not received the the refund.

Booking never made so possible scam

Booked a hotel in Bournemouth for October via bookingcom and they said the booking was via bedsonline. The price also shows up on trivago but takes you to the bookingdotcon site.

When I contacted the hotel to check they said no booking existed. The booking site were useless. I can only assume a scam somewhere as the price was cheap, when I initially tried to book it said half way through booking that the room wasn’t available at the price then I we t back and it was available but at a higher price and this repeated until it let me ‘book’ for a few pounds more.

Days later the hotel still had no booking and I was fobbed off. Cancelled in the end and will avoid any so called ‘partner’ bookings.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bedsonline during my summer trip to Alicante. I booked transportation through Viajes El Corte Inglés, paying over €300 for a transfer from the train station with a return service. Despite providing all the details in advance, including my children’s ages, the driver arrived without car seats. As a result, they refused to complete the trip and left my family stranded at the train station.

We were forced to find public transportation on our own after already paying a premium fee. When I finally reached the hotel, I immediately contacted Bedsonline to ensure car seats would be arranged for the return trip. Instead of helping, they simply told me to “call the travel agency” and showed no willingness to cooperate with me directly as the customer.

This is not the kind of service one expects from a company whose main job is to provide safe and reliable transfers for tourists. For the price charged, the lack of preparation, support, and accountability is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Bedsonline and strongly suggest travelers look for more reliable alternatives.
