Hotel Booking

Easy to book

Easy to book. Would have given a 5 if the room descriptions had been more detailed. Had to google to get a good description of the rooms.

Would NOT ever use them again

Would NOT ever use them again. Our Flight to Rome was delayed 5+ hours and they did not show up for our transfer to our Rome Hotel. They said the flight number was updated (never changed) and they did not show. Charged $137.87 and our Taxi charged us 55 Euro's ($63.80). They would not refund our $$. They told us to call WhatUp app but couldn't from the plane. We were told to turn off our phone. When we arrived in Rome, WhatUp app told us to call them and we were told the driver left. BE AWARE of this so it doesn't happen to you.

It is easy to navigate the system. Europe hotels are far better values in this vendor over other vendors. I appreciate that.
