Items not received

The items I ordered where delivered to the wrong address and left outside for anyone to collect, it will take a couple of weeks to sort out the refund so I had to place a new order to receive the items before Christmas.

Fast delivery and i could sinds it to a pacel point.
the duvet cover I order online looks the same in real life. I received a personal email
as a token of appreciation. I received an email for the purchase and washing instructions with clear instruction. The size of the duvet cover is perfect. Next time I will order from them again.

Some troubles

After ordering I received a confirmation. A few days later one item wasn't in stock anymore. Bedsupply didn't send a message with this info. I had to ask them what the status of the delivery was. The correction was good and after all I am a happy customer

Delivery time of a pillow: 23 days

When ordering a pillow, a delivery time of 5 to 9 days was promised. It turned out they had to order it with their supplier and it took 23 days to have the pillow delivered to me! I won't buy at their shop(s) ever again.
