Friendly staff. Prompt service

Superb service from Tamsin Harris queens arrived exactly on time and in good health. Full instructions provided by Tamsin prior to arrival so introductions went smoothly and both queens started laying immediately. In all a first class experience and I’ve every intention of using again.

Delivers on time, good prices, Queens are great, no problems at all, will continue to buy from this company, highly recommend

Update (3rd June 2024)

I hadn’t yet received my order for some time and initially had had no response to my request for an update. However, following a critical review on this site, I was contacted swiftly by the company and they rectified it immediately, explaining that they were awaiting one part of the order, but were willing to depatch the items that were available immediately. I have adjusted the feedback to provide a better rating since I have found Bee Equipment Langstroth range and quality very good.

Awful customer service. Really poor communication. They also sell cheaper on eBay so don’t buy directly from their website

My experience isn’t based upon just one time ,things have gone wrong with this company many times and decided to let it slide but this time NOT purchase Cedar Nationals standard 2bd ,but they were far to many knits and they actually fell out making a decent 1 inch plus not really of use in a beehive colony ,but out of 6 ,4 were totally imperfect ,it’s almost as if they targeted me directly ,and sent them out without any check ,as purchased in Feb 24 but didn’t get round to building themtill May bank holidayand to my surprise missing parts - I’ve spent some £2500-£3000 with this company and their quivering about wooden locking bars instead of simply saying we’ve posted today for you sorry ,but NO - the argument goes on , customer service ,service is totally rubbish

Went to get crown boards last month. Looked like a child had cut holes for bee escapes! Didn’t buy.

Good products at reasonable price, but delivery times are abysmal. Shown as stock items on website then when you call them they don’t have stock “shipment is due any day” but another big exaggeration

If they were up front about it, I would still use them, it’s the not knowing which irks me

I received a quantity of assembled DN4 and was throughly delighted with the quality of the frames. No knots or 2nd quality timber. They'd been packaged so well that no twisting or tweaking was necessary to bring them into alignment before I put the foundation in.
It was a pleasure to spend a quick half an hour inserting the foundation and the finished the result was excellent. A huge recommendation for these frames!
