Terrible experience. Delivered us a broken sofa which drivers tried to disguise only we copped it. Turned out to be ex display, which we weren’t told. Never again.

I visited beechmount furniture on Sunday and was looked after by Claire. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me sorted with exactly what I needed. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.I couldn’t recommend enough.

Claire was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and just lovely to deal with. Great range of furniture and well priced. Delivery was prompt and everything assembled with ease. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed with suite we purchased from Beechmount Furniture. I felt it was extremely badly manufactured. Beechmount Furniture basically told me their was nothing wrong with it although everyone who seen it in my house said it was faulty. I most definitely will never buy anything again in Beechmount Furniture and I would advise anyone about to purchase a suite to be extremely caution.

I recently purchasesd a couch and two chairs. I dealt with Claire. She remembered my friend and I from when we last called to the shop a number of weeks previous. Claire was extremely professional, friendly and helpful with suggestions and left you alone to take your time choosing. It was a nice relaxing experience.

I made an online order, received acknowledgement of the order and then nothing until confirmation of a refund. I assume the order was cancelled. No contact or explanation. Very poor customer service!!

Just ordered a sofa and chair today for our new sitting room. I can’t recommend Claire who works in the store enough. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem and she had amazing ideas.
The store has a massive selection to choose from.
I will definitely go back for any more furniture I need.

Order a reclining sofa range in leather and have to say we are absolutely delighted with the quality and price. It did take awhile to arrive but with all that has gone on in the pasted year, we expected that there would be delays. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and there is no pressure to buy. Just make sure you give yourself time to look around as the store is massive and full of furniture!

The store based in Navan has great sales service. Very polite and welcoming, I was very impressed with the level of service. However the after sales care leaves a lot to be desired. Our product were not delivered together, in part COVID played its part in that. But the team never called or kept up informed. When the first delivery was made a chair was damaged and was meant to be replaced, never happened. Living room chair was delivered 2 months after the original delivery, we had given our old suite to charity as we were told a full delivery would be made in January. Biggest issue was no communication from the store.
