This company doesn't have any customer service and a sub standard product. It leaks, falls apart and is not fit for purpose

DO NOT USE BEEHOMIE. It's a con. They are rubbish.
Ordered the M70 Pro. Came in a basic cardboard box, no other box or case. It's cheap and nasty. Trying now to return it. No response to several emails/messages. Will approach my credit card company to try and obtain a refund.

Purchased chainsaw sharpener. Delivered ok but on receipt of the item I realised sharpener would not fit my stihl chainsaw. Contacted store for an exchange but got no reply and still waiting . Would not recommend buying goods off this site as customer services is non existence

I feel that I need to write this bad review due to customer after care.
Let me put the situation to you. I bought and ordered my G45 pro (Order BH-24347) on Tuesday 25th November 2025. On the 10th December my PRO 45 arrived. I tried using it for the first time on Sunday the 28th December and found that the battery would not charge using the charger supplied. On The 28th I sent an email

As of yet no response from anyone and very frustrating as I cannot use due to the battery and charger.

I have tried emailing again twice and now do not get any responses. I think it is disgusting as I run my own companies and the customer is my number 1 priority.

1 star is too good but no option for no stars. Appalling rip off company. They Advertise products in nice boxes but what you get is a load of garbage chucked loose into a cardboard box that arrives crushed. I ordered a hose free jet wash. Adapter broken, chucked into cardboard box. Quality appalling, cheap plastic rubbish. Components like inside of Kinder egg (not even that good). Their adverts make you believe they’re in uk with photos of English staff in huge office. No, no, no…they are in Hong Kong and more chance of having dinner with Elvis than getting a reply from them. If you’ve paid via PayPal, get a refund through them which I did. This company should be banned from advertising their rip off products.

I foolishly ordered the car pressure washer before I read reviews on Trustpilot and instead was swayed by the feedback on FB. I tried to cancel imediately but of course that didn't happen. I received no confirmation email of my order and no orders were showing on my account. I eventually received a reply from Beehomie saying that my order had been dispatched, too late to cancel and the reason I didn't get a confirmation email was because I'd given them my email address incorrectly! This was despite me receiving advertising emails daily. Yesterday I received a broken cardboard box containing what I guess are the component parts but no instructions. Absolute rubbish - pretent to be UK company but they are Chinese. By the way, I bought one from Must have Ideas and it's brilliant.

Trousers delivered to wrong address had a phone call from the delivery driver to tell us to get in touch with them .I did this but they are saying nothing can be done and I won’t be getting my money back absolutely disgusting £30 down the drain.

Same as other people box all damaged have sent 5 emails not responding to any. Believed they were based in the UK have asked for a returns label nothing .A worthless piece of crap is all this company sells I will try and get in contact with Facebook to see if they can take their advert off their site One star is too kind to them they deserve minus 10 The dirty rotten con men

Long delivery time and excessive carbon footprint used to deliver- I could have bought similar at a cheaper price in my home town and got it on the same day

The exact same happened to me a small Brocken card board box Brocken charger took two weeks for delivery
When i tried to phone them the number is not recognized. My bank said it’s Hong Kong and it’s a scam they are investigating.it was the pro jet washer same as another lady on here who commented. Why is there website still on.

I received my Bee Homie M70 pro cordless jet washer today via Evri 31/1/2026 after waiting a week for it, it arrived in a small damaged cardboard box and not an original box as shown on Instagram, I was shocked to see it so small and shocked to see that the company is in Hong Kong and not from UK.
It cost me £49.99 The instructions are so tiny to read and I’ m struggling with a magnifying glass. It is rubbish quality, this is the second scam from China I’ve had unfortunately, I lost nearly £50 with a knitted clothes company before, and here I am reporting another scam. I ‘ve therefore lost nearly £100 pounds between the two adverts until it’s too late! Caught out again and I’m elderly and on a small pension, it was a present for my son!

Would not buy again from this China company, wasted £40 on item that did not work and when requested refund either post back to China or accept credit note plus £15, accepted latter, ordered different item but they then added £50 for postage.

Goodness did it again and had faith in what was being advertised and would be worth the £49.99 I paid for the M70 pro cordless jet washer on the 12th January. As previous people have said thought this was a British company but when I checked shipping was coming from china, have been checking shipping and it said shipped but now it’s saying it has been returned to sender, I have e-mailed them on the 21st January and no response whatsoever. Why are we all having to put up with these bogus companies that are taking our money that in this day and age we cannot afford to lose. Also they are still advertising this product on Facebook. Please read all the reviews so you won’t be caught out as I have been. So disappointed

Why are my emails being deliberately ignored?

What is BeeHomie’s Complaint Procedure? I can’t believe it’s the middle November already & Im still waiting for the replacement battery I was offered? It’s been over a month since I last reached out to your support. It’s been miserable weather recently here in Southampton (UK) which is fortunate for you as I haven’t been able to do anything in my allotment.

I’m just chasing up my battery replacement shipping, which I was promised due to the poor battery-life. Do you have any news or details on where or when I should receive this battery. It’s very frustrating having a strimmer that doesn’t last longer than 10-15mins (approx a third of my allotment).

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING....Bought their cargo pro mens trousers and they are not water repellent neither are they fleece lined. A complete waste of money and completely mis sold and advertised. I shall be seeking a full refund

If I could give this company no stars I would. They sent me an item with missing parts, won’t refund me, won’t give a prepaid label.

Ordered 2 pairs of T70 PRO | The Indestructible Winter Cargo Trousers from them based on their offer which sounded good HOWEVER, what turned up was absolute rubbish, cheap nylon not lined and definately not suitable for what they claim. Customer service telephone does not exist and no response to customer service via email.
THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS BEWARE!

I purchased two pairs of 'waterproof' cargo trousers. Wore them out for walking the dogs, it rained I was literally soaked through to my socks and underpants. Notified the seller 2 days after wearing I wanted to return and money back. You have to send back to China, not this company that sells the products. At your cost. Conclusion to all of this, totally useless garments, out of pocket for £49. They haven't responded to my email with Rights of Online Buying, they should be closed down, into the 3rd month. DO NOT USE

Terrible customer service. Bought a pressure washer before Christmas that broke before first use. I emailed them the times, and they didn't even bother getting back to me. Avoid at all costs!

Bought the L45 PRO The Precision Lifting Arm × 1 (2 pack). Supposedly delivered, confirmed by a pic of the items left between someone's bins. Emailed and they repeatedly told me to chase the delivery firm yet Consumer Rights Act 2015 states my contract is with them, not the delivery company. Got nowhere so decided to go on a social media and review spree to warn others they should be avoided AT ALL COSTS!!!
