Complete rip off. The items they send are not the ones they advertise. They send cheap rubbish. Do not be fooled by their advertising or website.
They make you pay for returns unless you really press and can demonstrate their discrepancies. Even then they will offer paltry discounts. Took about two months of emails before they accepted liability for return postage.

THIS COMPANY OWES ME £43, I HAVE SENT SO MANY MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH FOR OVER 3 MONTH, THEIR RESPONSES ARE NON CARING AND TO NO AVAIL. *WARNING* DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE A MONEY RACKET SO CALLED COMPANY THAT TAKE OUR WELL EARNED MONEY FOR USELESS ITEMS THAT ARE ADVERTISED TO DECEIVE US HONEST FOLK... WHY ARE THEY STILL ALLOWED TO USE THESE ADVERTISING SITES AND GET AWAY WITH RIPPING US OFF???? BEATS ME!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! my mum received her product to never work!! It’s broken asked to send videos, we did to be told they will replace it to now it’s not under warranty!! Reason not covered as you never reply to any of the emails we send to customer services!! Literally a con and without a doubt this is fraud!!!!

Was really looking forward to receiving these but nothing has turned up after 3 weeks. Customer service says contact courier, courier doesn't reply, website says contact customer services and round and round I go. No one is telling me anything and I am out of pocket with no product. Shocking customer care - beware.

This company is a total scam! I did not receive the product I ordered. Took ages to come. I received a bashed and torn brown box. No instructions. Just loose bits. (Ordered pressure washer). Ad says 30 days money back and they are offering me 15%. Currently £70 out of pocket. Takes days for an email response. Only given 1 star because I had to. Do not buy from here!

Do not buy! Waste of money, they do not work and there is no refund offered!!

My delivery still hasn’t arrived!!! It’s unable to be tracked. The number on their website is incorrect and they do not respond to emails! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Having ordered both a M67PRO paint sprayer and 2 x M45PRO furniture lifting tools. I was disappointed initially to receive a Tape Dispenser instead of the paint sprayer.
However, after sending explanatory email, I was immediately sent the correct item.
I believe also it was delivered by a much more efficient courier service, as the previous delivery ignored my specific instructions.
As yet I’ve not used products but all appear fit for purpose, so I’m hopeful.
From an initial negative BEEHOMIE customer service personnel produced a positive experience. I am fully satisfied and look forward to future purchases.

This is one of those companies/services that there should be a zero rating for. They spash "no quibble" free returns over everything and it takes a lot of searching to find the exception to this which is practically everything! This includes sizing and, guess what, it turns out that their items aren't standard sizes. I suspect they deliberately plan for people like me who don't bother returning a £20 item to China when it costs £10+ to do it.

I was given a discount code for £44 went to buy a solar light £36 using the code on checkout they were charging £50 delivery unbelievable who would pay that for a delivery..I’ve emailed them about 6 times for an explanation but no response obviously a Micky mouse outfit 😡😡

I ordered L45 Lifting arm and still waiting for delivery after 2 months.Then last week received a email asking me if I’m pleased with the product and would I leave a review!! Tried to contact but to no avail.

Since my last revenue Behomie has removed any signs of Trustpilot ratings. I did ask for a returns procedure and the only reply was to send a photo of the problem. As my complaint is that they are of poor quality, and it is hard to photograph Their silence is deafening.
Never again will I use them.

I purchased a derusting weeding wheel . The advert made it look as if the item came complete . However it didn't and just the head arrived . I contacted them said it was of no use to me and I wanted to send it back. It had to go back to CHINA which would have cost a fortune so I'm stuck with it. It wasn't posted to me from China so I enquired why it had to go back there. Have heard nothing. Don't buy anything from them.

On 27th September, I ordered a pair of L45 Lifting Arms, paid for on 30th September. I am still waiting for anything! I have tried to contact the company, but I cannot get through on the phone (incorrect number), and my emails are being blanked. I gather that I may have been scammed!?

I ordered the wrong item and the customer care team were very understanding and they helped me to find an acceptable resolution.

Never buy from here. Ordered garland £43 needed loads of batteries worked for a week then not working. All the garlands not working. Rubbish from china.
