Unreliable

This has been happening for a while but it is even worse when there is a tube strike. I called them to book a car. They would confirm the order , sending me a text about the car arriving and its registration details and say it will be about 15 minutes. After the car does not arrive in that time, I would call them and they would say it will be another 5-10 minutes and then they would call me to say the cab has been cancelled on their end. I ended up having to use public transport during a tube strike after having booked a car with them and being told a lot of stories over 45 minutes until they finally called back and said the booking was cancelled.
