Looked at the market for bean to coffee espresso machines and Beem proved to offer the best value machine on the market. Delivery was quick and setting the machine up wasn't difficult.
Happy with my choice.
Only issue I had was it came with a two pin continental plug.

Love the designs of all the products. Got sent the wrong one and Scarlett from customer services couldn't have been more helpful and arranged the correct product to be shipped straight away and swapped for the incorrect one at my door.

Would definitely recommend!

Got a kettle and milk frothing machine. Both have a unique design don’t like most of the products on the market. Kettle with temperature control is important, won’t waste energy on just reheating. Nice build too. Glad with these present to myself.

Excellent Customer Service. Contacted with a problem that had developed with my coffee machine. CS lady (unfortunately I did not get her name) dealt with the matter expeditiously and offered either a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement as I really like the machine. Customer services arranged delivery of new machine and collection of old one all within 3 days! This is how customer services should be and makes me a loyal customer.

Makes great tasting coffee. This is my third Beem filter machine, and the best so far.

I purchased a Roast-Perfect Coffee Roaster that on first use, and subsequent use, tripped out my electrics. Appalling customer service. After two weeks customer services have yet respond to my email. Nobody answers the customer support help line.

I asked a simple question and asked the customer service on the day the shipment was delivered, I was not at home and I wanted to know if the courier left the product in a certain place or if a human received it because I can't find the product, the request was to leave it to the shipping company to whom they delivered the shipment.
