Good customer care
Ordered a lock in the week before Easter and it was unfortunately delayed by the bank holidays. Chased up after Easter and the lock arrived the next day, and a further one the day after. BeesafeUK had sent out a second lock to be sure I got one. I returned the second and was reimbursed postage. Great customer care and a good price for the lock too!

No communication apart from initial order. No delivery. No response to my email reported problem 06/04/2023. No refund.

I ordered the cylinder lock from…
I ordered the cylinder lock from beesafe,and it said express delivery so I was expecting it in a couple of days, but it wasn't ordered, I then chased it up and was informed that the online ordering wasn't working properly, so you reordered it for me at your end and it arrived approximately three days later.
You did in fairness give me a £10 refund, and the lock was just what I needed.
Could you vouch that if I ordered another lock that I wouldn't have the same issue.

Products arrived and as described
The items arrived and the meat lifting forks were great but the carving fork was a bit disappointing as it was smaller than expected but they all arrived on time.
