We had our yearly maintenance visit and was met by the most helpful person I have ever met. He was friendly knowledgeable and took his time, rather than a quick wiz round then leaving.
He explained what he had done and when we raised a small issue we had been experiencing he rectified it immediately.
Honestly one of the nicest most professional people from BeeTee alarms. So much so we will see if he is available next year.
In case you were wondering who the engineer was, it was Dave who our security cameras recognised as another person known to us which made us all chuckle.

All the work was competed neatly and accurately and the installer Paul was very courteous and helpful.

Had a new alarm system fitted today at my brothers house. Lance attended, thoroughly professional, knowledgeable as well as detailed in his run through of the system with me on completion. All round first class experience. I use BeeTee for own home so had no hesitation in using them again.

Stephen Pegg visited today on a booked engineer visit for a fault on a door connection. Stephen was methodical in detecting where the fault was, fixed it, and tested it. Before he left he reinstalled the Control App on my phone and ensured it worked correctly. A very professional and pleasant person, a credit to your company.
