It's a scam via Facebook advertising, and they are advertising through several Facebook accounts.They will send nice customer service messages designed to keep you hanging on, but the product or refund is unlikely to arrive. If you fell for it like I did (purchase 14th May, and neither delivered or refunded by 30th June) contact your bank. Mine refunded me

Appalling company .... T shirt arrived with black mark on front , no paperwork to return . I have been trying to get a refund but they have gone silent ... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The company is an absolute sham. The item took 7 weeks to arrive and I have been trying for 1 month to get a refund because the product is not what is described on the website.
I am contacting my credit card company to act on my behalf.
HORRIBLE COMPANY, COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAILS.

Took over two months to get to me and couldn’t get a refund. Surprising that it’s made in China. Size was wrong when it arrived.

Shocking customer service, t-shirt took over a month to arrive, had no paperwork with it, so cant return and for the price of this item the quality is shockingly bad. Have tried to contact customer services and nobody is helping. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Complete and utter scam. Placed order via Facebook ad on 11 April. I have now received a refund by raising a case with my credit card company. Infuriating how they can get away with it. I have complained to FB and Instagram but still the ads. I suspect they manage the comments underneath these ads so that all the negative ones are removed. Appalling how they can get away with this. I will never buy from a FB advert again!

Regret using this company.
9 weeks and still no product, response is continually claiming they are busy. Will only reply if you chase them. Need to get this company taken off the internet. Using the pandemic as a cover up. I have contacted my bank to force a refund. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"

Same as others, trying to return for refund and getting the run around.

Terrible company do not order it’s a scam company. I ordered a t-shirt which eventually arrived after weeks but it was damaged. Tried to get a refund but I haven’t heard anything after sending numerous emails. I have now contacted my card provider who has raised a dispute and refunded my money thankfully.

Avoid. They’re a nightmare & I think they’re a scam. 1-2 estimation for a t-shirt, 4 weeks later still no sign. I’ve cancelled order but they’re refusing refund. I’ve had to go to my bank to force chargeback refund.
* Re other reviews - you can still go to your bank/credit card co & get refund if you’re not happy with purchase! Doesn’t matter if it’s “reduced” etc. This is a scammer company. Spread the word & let’s close them down. I’ve reported them on Insta & Facebook. Note how you can’t read all the comments on Facebook! Dodgy!

Oh boy do I wish I’d read these reviews before I’d purchased two t-shirts from them. The quality is rubbish given what paid for them. I’m on day 4 of trying to obtain a refund from them and not having much luck at all. Their website gives no indication they are operating from China at all but when I looked for simple contact details (which most companies show), there’s absolutely nothing.

At first they are quick to reply to your initial message which lures you into thinking their customer service is ‘good’, this is so not the case.

Has anyone received a refund from them as yet or are we all just being scammed into giving money to the Chinese??

Something I've just remembered when my package arrived:-
1) It tooks weeks to come which I thought was strange
2) there was no invoice in the package
3) I noticed there were two labels on the package, the top one had been put on by the courier company
(Hermes), I wonder why they did that? I've been able to remove this top label which reveals a label underneath showing my complete correct address - very bizarre.

I think it’s absolutely shocking this company is trading on the back of supposedly helping sustain Bees in the UK, when the money is going to CHINA!!! ..... will keep you posted on progress of my refund.

I ordered t-shirt from this company a couple of weeks ago. It was "on sale" but seems like over-prized now after reading this thread and receiving the t-shirt today. I didn't get any confirmation e-mail or receipt so I could return it. I'm so sad I didn't read these comments beforehand! The t-shirt is bright red, nothing near the color in the picture. It has a label "See you shy M" on it, nothing more about where it is made, how I should wash it etc. So dissapointed!

I wish I'd looked at reviews here before ordering. There was a hole in the t-shirt they sent, but after two weeks of my trying to get a refund or replacement the company has started ignoring my (polite and reasonable) requests. What a bunch of con-artists - the stuff about caring for bees is obviously just cover for scammers. Horrible attitude, horrible service. Stay away.

A very poor quality t-shirt that took 81 days to arrive from China. Horrible bright yellow as opposed to the mustard yellow depicted, completely shapeless, cheap nasty bee transfer that hasn't even been attached straight. It's hideous. Thought I was supporting a UK company with an environmental conscience. How wrong I was.

I cannot believe the bad service I have received from this company. As previous reviews have said, delivery was extremely slow, I waited weeks, not days for my order with no proper updates.
There was no return information with my order and no address on the packaging or contact details. No address or contact phone number on their website.When I emailed them I received an automated response and although I have sent several other emails, I now have had no response.
I strongly recommend you do not buy from this company – perhaps my next contact should be trading standards! What a shame.

You can buy the same T-shirt on Wish. Sadly I fundet out too late 🙈

Diabolical customer service be warned to not buy unless you are sure you are keeping item .
I have been trying to return a tee shirt for a refund since 2/6 e mails back and forth nothing just telling me to be patient !!!..no advice note in parcel ...no address for return .Never before had a company acting this way .Stear clear go somewhere else .

Took 4 months to arrive. I thought I was buying a good quality T-shirt from a UK based company. It’s a cheap T-shirt, with a cheap print on it that’s come from China. The sizing is bad too. I ordered that is meant to be a UK 12 and it’s huge.

As per all the previous comments absolute crap. Sunshine yellow as apposed to the lovely looking mustard yellow on their site. Do not order took 3mths to come from China. Was so looking forward to wearing this let it Bee tshirt total waste of money and will be buying a better quality one from a UK company at same price!!! Kicking myself as should have read reviews before. Customer service useless not even going to try to get refund based on other comments as wasting my time

Placed an order on their website, it took nearly 2 months to arrive by which point it was no longer required. Have been asking for their returns address for 2 weeks now (no address listed on their website) and am continuously fobbed off via email. Please don't order from them, totally not worth the hassle. Awful customer service.
