I ordered a top that was advertised as being cotton and 'hand made'. What arrived was made out of cheap synthetic material. I am extremely disappointed and contacting my credit card company to get a refund.

I’m so disappointed companies like this still exist. The items are low quality and defective. The printing is lopsided, the sewings out of place, staples already fallen when received. Although I emailed and sent pictures of the defects that made the items unacceptable and impossible to wear, I couldn’t send them back or get a refund. Very frustrating experience.

I enjoyed the fabrics and designs. I hope the items I ordered are good quality and fit.

Beautiful garments. I'm familiarizing myself with my Egyptian half. So much easier from Canada to order the exquisite.

SCAM!!! They advertise amazing designs and you get a printed version of it on cheap material without any resemblance on form of the design. When you complain they are completely incompetent and do not take you seriously!

I hope it will be delivered here at home in Egypt without extra taxes… and arrive safely in Egypt . Thanks a lot

Never ever order from them. The garment I ordered s the one I received are different styles entirley. There is no willingness to return or refund any of it. I've been emailing them for 3 months with any results.

I gave one star because there was no option for zero. I order a sweater and after waiting a month for delivery, I received a really cheap sweatshirt with a picture of the sweater I ordered printed on it. I wish I could figure out how to post the pictures. Do not order from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

They are scammers and swindlers. I bought clothes from them — three dresses that have nothing to do with what they advertise. I informed them about it and corresponded with them for a long time, constantly telling them that I wanted to return the clothes. They kept replying, “Yes, okay, yes, okay, yes, okay,” but nothing ever moved forward. The clothes are still with me. They sent me a label and an address to send them back to, but of course, they never refunded the money. Even though their website says that returns and refunds are no problem, they don’t return the money at all.
I would really like to post photos of the “clothes” — of what they actually sent me — because it has nothing to do with what they advertise. But there’s no option here to upload or post these photos. It’s terrible. What they sent me is just awful.

The dresses that I ordered bears no resemblance whatsoever to the ones I received yesterday. In my opinion, it’s misleading marketing. They should be held accountable for false advertising. I send an email; I’m waiting for them to respond. I expect a full refund. Never will I be purchasing anything from them again.

Very bad quality and look.

They fit and that is the only positive thing I can say about the 2 T shirts I purchased. Stated embroidered cotton V neck. Nothing resembles that, so far from the listed info to be so dishonest. Never buying from this site again. Even Temu products are better than this. Very disappointed with the quality of the material and workmanship is no better than a sixth grade sewing class.

3 items, same size ordered- only one fitted the others being 8cms smaller. I have to pay for return to CHINA although this is an USA web site family run. Now taking this to legal as I get repeated pre written emails back.

The items received are nothing like the items ordered, high quality when out the window, style of the dresses completely different, low quality item received, necklace chain was broken coming out of the packing, definitely very miss leading, so very disappointed . The items displayed are what you want and willing to pay for, so why not give your customers What They Have Paid For…

I ordered in July 28 2025. Took them forever to send it. I had to contact them about it. They finally sent it. They are very cheap made. 2d print. the pattern is blurry. I could've gotten a better one from city trends for 6.99 it's just a moomoo. I but it doesn't look as good as the one in CT. It's tight across the back. It's not floor length at all. There is no deep cut v neck. I ordered 5 different items. The bracelet was definitely pink. Not real though. But it's the best thing I received. They do not offer refund. I have contacted them several times. They haven't sent me the Return address or label. But the fine print says they don't do refunds. I wish we could upload pictures. I think I'll do a TikTok. I am greatly disappointed. They priced this 10Xs the price and it's ugly. I can't wear this outside. And they do not respond to this forum or the one they run. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give this a -5. I spend my hard earned money on faux clothing. 5 articles all worthless.

This company is a scam. They don't provide what they advertise. They don't have a return policy. I ordered my products on 08/18/2025, and I received them yesterday. The sizes don't correspond with the website description.

The store is a scam. I tried to research before I bought but could not find anything positive or negative on the company as I had a feeling it was too good to be true. I found out it was a scam. Items received are not the one in the picture. I have been in email contact with them and still have not refund. They are just stalling hoping you will give up but I keep pursuing. I placed order in July and it is now September and they are still stalling to resolve.

No star. Fake AI misleading garment photos. The real product’s quality is totally unacceptable. They said they will refund. No, they didn’t refund or even reply your email.

Scam, Scam, Scam, never experienced anything so shady. Dress looks like an item from the Dollar Store. Pls do not get caught up.
