I've been using beezer for quite some time now. Beezer is genuinely good at what it does, which is provide standardized PWA for SMB's. Platform is quite simple enough to be used by a beginner with basic programming knowledge. In just few hours you can create a working PWA and share a link to clients to get the reviews in.

The software is user-friendly, innovative, and offers a wide range of integrations that have been highly beneficial for my business.
The support team is always helpful and quick to respond to any issues I've encountered, even outside of typical business hours.

It would be great if Beezer could share a roadmap outlining planned developments and any future integrations/features. I would also love to see a few enhancements, such as more customisation and design options, particularly for the desktop version of the web app. For example, the possibility to offer a sidebar menu on the mobile version, while offering a more comprehensive menu with headers on the desktop version at the same time would be very useful.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Beezer’s services and look forward to working with them in the future. I am confident the platform will continue to grow and meet the needs of its users.

SUPER helpful! Any time I need help they don't take longer than 2-3mins to get back to me in the chat. I truly appreciate it. They helped me work out the kinks with the custom domain for my App which helped me step my marketing game up exponentially! Seriously... this company is REALLY on point in my opinion!

Just to say that the app is not perfect, but you can play with it with options that you can't find everywhere. For the moment I'm happy with it.
The customer service (Sam) is just really helpful and pro, reactive and support you the best they can.

False advertising, not customer oriented, they are not competent with updates or anything, and when that come in conflict with the needs of its users, users suffer. We invested in the them, with clear communication and advertisement of what’s possible in the future. And they just turned back on their word, and all we get is sorry.

I have now 3 apps running with beezer, simple to create if you have some basic knowledge of drag&drop building - it feels like creating a keynote presentation. It's that simple - Good for me and for you.

Love that they are full of features&integrations for:

- Community
- Online Radio
- Appointment booking
- rating
- Video Streaming
- events (calendar, rooster, paypal)

I think they have a great tool which does what it's supposed to. All they need is more traction to speed up the development.

Support is great, but could be faster.

While watching one of my favourite programs for entrepreneurs, Dragons Den UK, I saw a pitch about a web app that would allow users such as myself, to create mobile apps and link it to a domain, without any coding experience.

That caught my eye. And the journey on PWA which is basically a web app, was born. I was hooked. Since finding Beezer and whitelabelling my apps to suit my domain, I have been able to publish many apps which work on laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones.

Sending notifications has been a breeze and their chat line, I am sure, sends smoke signals when they see me on line but to their credit they have been patient and kind when I am unable to accomplish tasks that require an understanding of coding.

Web apps are now currently being used by millions around the world and new software becomes available daily. The simplicity of Beezer in conjunction with Zoom VOIP has allowed my company to blossom with an employee of 1.

I can run a call centre from my home office by using those products as well as being able to assist fellow entrepreneurs with their business by offering them a solution that otherwise might be out of their reach. They can edit and run a Beezer app which looks like a website on desktops and mobile app on phones (and no knowledge of Wordpress is required) and can run video, images, text and with all their options available, a full product range can be uploaded onto the market place at the price of the app.

The younger sector of the market has been sceptical of Web Apps because they have become used to downloading from the Play or App store and its easily found. Web apps take a fair amount of marketing as you have to send the link out to databases via email
or whatsapp. But again with UltraMessage allowing you to have a whatsapp robot answering your messages on your phone, you only need a second handset and sim card that can take care of that.

Beezer also has a backend where you can upload multiple emails and numbers that you can use to notify your clients that you have a web app and they should upload it! Together with a pop up or a notification, the recipients can simply be notified of the new app and now mobile technology is within their reach.

Being able to update the app is simple and when the recipient has the app icon on their mobile and they click on it, it updates automatically to adjust to the newly published changes. The Iframe allows programs to run within the framework of
the app giving it a beautiful finish and the best background videos working in mobile and desktop.

I use CreativePro Labs for video editing and enjoy Canva for photos, templates in both landscape and portrait. I now have over 30 apps running on Beezer and with just a few simple clicks, I copy an app that is going to be similar to one I am creating and within an hour, I am up and running and ready to send out an app. I can assist my clients with a basic model of phone and app for as little as R750 a month!

The subscriber model allows your users to subscribe and with different models of subscription each one gets an alternative message. There might be one that is a supplier and another that is a client. They
can receive different notifications and are able to see only certain menu items depending on what you have allowed each model to see.

Support is not so great I have been going back & forth with a few different Beezer Support teams & my emails reaching out to remove my Beezer App has been unsuccessful, consumers are unable to delete the App Support Staff must do so but it's a hassle in doing so.

I was able to play around with the platform and tried some of its features. So far, I am happy and satisfied! 👍

The platform is snappy and responsive! Publishing the app is surprisingly very fast!

Support responds within a day or within a few hours. This is acceptable for a new and growing business.

My favorite feature is the Unlimited Push Notifications! I still can't believe I am able to do this! 😄

Unfortunately, Push support for IOS is still not available in 2021. But Notifications can still be seen in-app. Hopefully, Apple will support PWAs soon since Google Android is already supporting this.

I've seen bad reviews elsewhere simply because the users were expecting to create a native Android or IOS app - which this is NOT intended for. (Unfair for Beezer)

Most people assume that a "Mobile App" is always either for Android or IOS. This is understandable since PWA is a relatively new technology.

New Technology = Opportunity! 👍

Apps stores allow for security. Google and Apple vet apps before they are approved and this is why people will only ever feel comfortable downloading them from them.

Allowing app downloads from third parties isn't turned on by default within Android or IOS. This is for the reason stated above and is another reason why no one will ever download apps via this method. Keep dreaming.

The apps do not work properly and their customer support is about as useful as three colour blind hedgehogs in a bag.

They are completely incompetent and seem to have no ability to read or understand plain English as every single reply you get back has literally nothing to do with the question you have asked.

All round poor product and company. The owners are dinosaurs who don't know tech and can't compete in the modern world. No innovation or product direction beyond bypass the app stores. On TV got investment from dragons den, in the paper they didn't get investment after dragons did their owner research to realise how bad the company is.

Please don't waste your money!

And they have about four 5* reviews all on the same day. One of them works for the company and the rest invited so highly doubt they are legit and seems like something this type of company would do.

I have attempted to use their own App on an Android mobile. All one can achieve is a screen asking for 500GBP and no other information. This is very disappointing and does not inspire anyone to partner with this company.

Get control from the app and support from the team.

They make you pay for a year in advance. 3 months in my clients started getting a blank screen of which the technical department claimed to fix but didn’t. I’m now 9 months in and the app only works for 5 of my clients. A complete rip off
