I recently used your service for the certified translation of my marriage certificate and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. The communication with your team was quick and precise, especially when clarifications were needed. I received the PDF version of the translation very promptly, and the physical copy followed soon after. Everything went smoothly, and I’ll happily recommend your service to friends who may need document translations.
The only area for improvement would be your website. While it is user-friendly and straightforward overall, some text and buttons remain in German even after selecting English as the language. This can be inconvenient, especially since the site’s design prevents online tools like Google Translate from working effectively. I had to take screenshots and translate them manually to ensure I was completing the process correctly.

I was given a very short window of time…
I was given a very short window of time to review the documents. The company stated that if I didn’t answer them by the deadline, they would send me the documents assuming they were ok. I discovered the email at the last minute and was only able to give the documents a quick scan. Unfortunately I didn’t catch a big mistake until after I received the documents in the postal mail. I’ve had so many documents translated over the years and I have never been pressured to proofread for the professionals offering this service. And what I find even more frustrating is that the prices they charge are high enough that proofreading, especially for spelling, should be included.
