Bad customer service

I ordered curtains and the delivery was 2 months delayed without any communication. In the beginning everything was professionally, I got an advise in the shop, my order and the measurements was taken quickly and they promised to deliver within 4 weeks and even booked the installation date. On that date nobody showed up and there was no phone call from the shop too. When I called them it appeared that the curtains material was not in stock, so basically they even did not start making my curtains. After a few weeks they called saying that my curtains are ready and set a new installation date. In that date again nobody showed up. I called again and they did not know the reason and suggested another installation date a few weeks later. It was not acceptable due to my holidays and I asked to install it earlier. They agreed and set an earlier date. Guess what, nobody came on that date (3rd time!). I came to the shop in person asking to cancel my order and refund my money, which they did not want to do since the curtains were already made. They apologised and we set a new installation date, with an agreement that if for the 4th time nobody came they would refund. So, after 3 months instead of 4 weeks the rod and the curtains were installed. I give 2 stars only because the quality of the curtains is good. However the whole experience was horrible. I had to chase the shop to deliver the order, which is totally unacceptable. My mistake is that I paid the factur upfront. If anyone wants to deal with this shop, I would recommend paying only after the order is fully delivered.
