I can only conclude that this company is operating a scam.
I attempted to buy a garden storage container from a company advertising on my search engine.
I found my self subscribed to “Behikepro” who I had never heard of.
It appeared that I had bought vouchers to the value of the product I had attempted to purchase.
I tried to get help in buying it by phoning a contact no. but it cut off after one ring tone.
I sent countless messages on their chat line and email address but was only sent pre prepared replies telling me how to log into my account.
This was impossible because their website offered no login option.
I asked them to call me on my mobile but was ignored.
I asked for a refund which I felt was reasonable enough seeings as I wanted nothing to do with them in the first instance but received no response.
They keep promising to look into my case but do nothing and fail to call me even though I have given them my contact number on countless occasions.
This is utterly appalling service and I feel completely “ripped off!”
I can only conclude that their decent reviews are written by themselves.
Avoid at all costs.
